Poor customer service. I bought a store made tuna sandwich and the minute I took my first bite it was SOUR and you could tell the bread was soggy and wet. I asked to see if I could exchange since I only had a 30 minute break, and it already takes about 10 minutes to walk there.
I was promptly told no because the packaging was already open and that there was nothing to do. I did explain the food but he ended it with that it was already open.
I left hungry and disappointed in the customer service. It’s not cheap to even buy togo food here so this really upset me.

My guy wanted a latte while we were in the neighborhood. I wish I had smelled his coffee before he drank it.
After halfway done he started feeling nauseous and threw up the latte.
After smelling his drink I told him the milk smelled like it had turned very recently.
Never getting a latte here again.

As a vegetarian I was excited to try the quinoa bowl. The presentation was there, but it did not taste good at all. The citrus curry dressing was bland and the entire bowl was a fail.

I expected less after reading the stingy reviews. First the coffee was excellent not too strong or bitter but had excellent flavor . I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on sourdough and was delicious. Fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was attentive and appreciative. It wasn't busy, which was surprising for a Saturday. The store has the essentials like a very well stocked city grocery store. I will definitely come back, great coffee and food for a decent price.

Best savi’s in atlanta, I’ve gone to several savi’s but this one is the only one that hits different. Food is top notch quality and the service is awesome, id go out my way to come here.

I popped in to grab breakfast before heading to the office. I ordered grits, bacon, a scrambled egg and gluten free toast. I waited about 10 minutes when I was asked by the cook how I wanted my eggs. I walked around the store and they have alot of stuff: wine, snacks, cheeses etc. After about 7 more minutes my order came out and I bolted because I didn't think it would take that long. When I got to my desk and opened the container (++ food comes in a compostable container) I had grits, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and onions (i specified no cheese), arugula, salsa, - no bacon no GF toast. The grits were not a creamy texture - they were more dry and crumbly. It didn't taste bad but I didn't feel like peeling off cheese. I ended up not eating it and wasted my money. On top of taking too long and not getting the order right I probably won't be back.

This is a small Savi Provisions location. But it serves it's purpose. I love stopping in a SAVI wherever I see one. I like to see if each location has something different from the last one i visited. Pretty mich there all the same with their shelf and fridge items. But the only difference in each location is the deli/coffee counter and the outside seating. However...it goes i love all the SAVI PROVISIONS.

This place is a gem, I love the Savi Provision stores. Quality products food/wine and the entire mood of these stores are great. I wish I could own my own store! I work in the area and my first time going there I went in just to grab a water and started looking around and realized that the wine selection was something to think about after work as I wanted a sip lol. But great stores and great locations.

I'm gonna be generous because the actual store has a lot of great quick lunches you can microwave! Service is fine, ambience is alright- its a convenience store so whatever!! The food over the counter is questionable. So far I've had a panini which was way too salty. It could've used more green maybe? The pesto was strong too. Overall the sandwich was a great idea but the flavors were all a little too overwhelming.I also had the breakfast burrito recently & it was not my cup of tea I couldn't even get through the other half. It was FULL of onions! Def gonna try something else off the menu so if that's good I'll come back & update!

Overall the worst savi I been to. Just extremely rude and treat customers poorly. Made my food wrong and told me there was nothing they could do about it and laughed.

Upscale bodega vibe in buckhead. I really appreciate the sandwiches you can get here.

I live near this Savis and always wanted to go there because it was so convenient. This is the worst managed place I have ever experienced. Every time we go for breakfast they are late opening or the kitchen is not open yet because the cook is not there. About half the time my order when I receive it is wrong. My husband once found an egg shell in his breakfast burrito. Worst place ever. Do not go.

This store was amazing 3 years ago, but now it isn't even worth the 1 star rating. The wine dispensing machine is gone. The whole interior was reconfigured, making it smaller and immensely less desirable for shopping there. Can't stand what was done with this place. The young guy behind the counter has a bad attitude and looks so unkempt and in bad need of some personal hygiene. A lot of iems are expired. The baked goods definitely not fresh like they used to be. What a shame because this neighborhood could really use a place like this, but not how it became now, but how it was about 3 years ago.
