No complaints about Sarah's. They do a good job for a good price. Sarah of course is the most skilled groomer, so when another worker does my dog's cut it can be perhaps a little choppier, but it's always looked professional and never bad. We are regulars.

We went to Sarah's Groom room based on a recommendation from a friend. It's in a very nice shopping complex with easy parking. However, our dog was extremely stressed leaving there. He came home and was vomiting/diarrhea for 24 hours. He is a golden retriever and his cut was terrible. We had to bring him back to show the owner, and she had the gentleman redo his cut. However, it was still terrible. I hate that I put my dog through that stress again.

I have been a long time supporter of this establishment but had a very bad experience today. My dog does not deserve to be put in a closed crate for 3.5 hours without water. I dropped Piper at 10a and went back to check on him at 1.30p. He was in the same crate crying. I do not approve of mistreating animals and this is absurd.

I'm just going to let the pictures speak for themselves. The only part of either dog that was matted was the bottom of the brown dog's ears. We are devastated on how awful the dogs look.

I took my sweet 16 year older pup to Sarah to be groomed first thing this am . She instantly understood her geriatric handicaps and I felt relieved . She runs a very good grooming salon with lots of caring professionals . My little dog was revived and looked like a puppy again . She also does a beautiful job on our Maine Coon cat . The awesome Lion cut . I highly recommend Sarah's Groom Room for excellent caring grooming .

I was recommended by a neighbor to take my 4 month old puppy to this groomer. She already had been to a groomer once before and I received no complaints about her from the groomers there when I asked how did she did.I went to Sarah’s groomers and as I was picking up my puppy, I was told by Sarah that I need to leash train my puppy as well as leash train myself. I told her she is in puppy class and only 4 months old. We are working on it. She charged me $5 extra based on the behavior of my puppy. She also mentioned that I need to be more firm with her and trust me I discipline my dog. Also, I don’t think they give the dogs water or take them out while there because when I left my dog had to go so bad that she went on the sidewalk. Also they only do checks or cash. Luckily, I brought a checkbook because they didn’t give me a price on the phone. Overall, the customer service wasn’t worth the price. I will be taking her back to the previous place where she actually got to play with other dogs and they checked to make sure all dogs have their vaccines.

I love Sarah's Groom Room. Simply Irresistible, my Havanese loves Sarah's as well. We've been customers for two years. The hair cuts are wonderful and they move quickly so that my precious puppy never has to be there long. My favorite thing about this groomer, is that the staff works in front where clients can observe their work. They are gentle with the dogs and always consistent.

The positive: my dog was very clean. They do a good job at washing. The negatives: awful, amateur grooming. I asked for a short spring cut and it appeared as if my dog was barely groomed. They shaved his belly as if he were having an operation and didn't trim his tail or anything else. When I commented they took some scissors and did a quick hack job. Honestly the bowl cut version for a dog. Not returning!
