The dude with the freakishly big ears is rude, and the food is way too much money for the actual quality. I recommend The Paris Bistro in Concourse Building 5.

Love the meatloaf, and the fresh options at the salad bar.

The food here is terrible! Nothing seems fresh nor tasty. And worse is the manager's attitude. He is very short with to customers and very rude. It appears the restaurant is struggling to stay alive! Perhaps they should consider putting it under new management and ensuring they had better menu items for customers to choose from.

We call this place Hijack Harry's because the prices are high and the food is just OK. The owner nickles and dimes you, charging for everything down to an extra jelly for your toast. The workers are nice, the owner is rude. Plus they don't take Amex.

Convenient or not, I refuse to spend money at this cafeteria. The salad/hot bar is overpriced, food is underwhelming, and customer service is terrible.

This cafe is great! It is very simple and has food that taste excellent. their salad bar consists of very fresh ingredients and their choice of either the sandwhich, hot food, or salad bar is very good. Their price considering the really fresh ingredients is a good deal. I really recommend this cafe and anyone who works in this area can grab something quick and fresh and take it Togo :)

Yep. Still the same horrible food and even more horrible customer service. Avoid, if possible. Tower Cafe is not too far from here. Their food is much much better and much cheaper. Concourse managers - can we please have health inspection come through? They are serving boiled eggs with freezer burn taste and I honestly question the cleanliness of this place on the account that several people I know, including myself has gotten food poisoning from here. Can we replace this joint with a chik-fil-a or something else?!

After reading others reviews I decided I needed to add my opinion to the conversation. Marco is by far the best part about going to Sandy's cafe. He is always smiling remembers the majority of his customers names and even food orders. He calls my sandwhich(wheat toast, egg, cheese, turkey sausage and tomato) the "regular" everytime I walk in for breakfast. For lunch if I mention I am on a diet he will offer up suggestions as to options with chicken and salmon which are not advertised. Although the cost is pricier for said items it hits the spot without the unwanted calories/fats. That being said, Marco was out today and the older Hispanic man was on the grille. He did not care about how my morning was going or who I was just what he needed to do to get me out of the restaurant. When I asked for tomato on my sandwhich he said we do not have any. Marco has walked in the back on several occasions to make sure I got the "regular". Overall the price is high and they do charge for every item added to a sandwhich and by the lb for all mixed items but that is how you run a successful restaurant. The key to Sandy's success is without a doubt Marco. If he left for whatever reason I would discontinue my patronage.

Since working over here this is a go to spot if I want to run downstairs and grab something quick. The breakfast is definitely made to order so if your in a hurry you should plan accordingly. I'd have to say that breakfast is better than lunch but watch what and how much you order because things can add up quickly. All in all a decent place to dine.

This place is just plain gross and over priced. The sandwiches are the only thing edible.

I've worked in the Concourse office park for over a year and half now and have been here quite a few times. Their breakfast is surprisingly good. While Marco is no longer there, service is still relatively good. You can get made to order eggs, omelets, breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches. Lunch on the other hand is much more disappointing. They have sandwiches and some hot lunch counter-type options - nothing worth writing home about. I generally only stop in for lunch if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to go anywhere else. All in all, it's a great option for a quick and yummy breakfast. Plan on heading elsewhere for lunch though.
