I recently visited Cloud 9 Smoke, Vape, & Hookah Co. - Sandy Springs and had an exceptional experience. Nora assisted me, and her customer service was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help me find exactly what I needed. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Smoke, Vape, & Hookah Co. - Sandy Springs for their excellent service and wide selection of products.
