My friend NEEDED something specific for a class in the morning and they closed in 3 minutes, they specially cut it and let her pay over the phone and waited for her to get there RIGHT when they closed. awesome awesome people

Love love love this local art shop. They have so much for you to touch and hold in your hand before purchasing. It’s important to know what colors and textures you’re buying and impossible to do over the internet. Sam Flax stocks so much paper, paint, and art supplies. I’ve never left without exactly what I was looking for.

Definitely my favorite art supply store, by far. Not only do they have basically everything, but just being there inspires me to do more art and try new things. Also, they always have lots of super cheap stuff in the sale room for when I'm broke, but I want some new stuff.

Lovely arts supply store with a great selection. They're one of the few (maybe only) stores in the area that carry fountain pens and inks.
