Don't recommend at all. I placed an order online for what seemed like a good deal on two dresses. They use a "crowd sourced" delivery service called Veho to ship the items. The "delivery" person apparently decided they'd worked enough, took a picture of my package in the front seat of their car and marked it as delivered. Veho agreed they could see it wasn't delivered, but directed me back to Saks off 5th, who then refused to issue a refund! Will never shop there again.

I was looking for some clothes for summer and went here. However, I can’t find clothes with Large size.
As a men, I spent more than an hour to find “L” and 33-34 inch sizes of clothes with the brands I like, but only one cloth I found. There are many S, XL, XXL, and more bigger sizes, but not “L”.
It they have more “L” size or 33-34 inches of clothes, I can give better review.

I purchased an item and they were too small and tried taking them back and it was pure HELL. The receipt/invoice that came with my package was horrible and the manager and sales associate did NOT make it easy for me. I drove 2 hours to return but I Will make a social media post to NEVER shop here. It should be an easier way. They were very nonchalant and unconcerned. You couldn’t read the item number from what they sent with my package. Saks Off 5th Buckhead is THE worst to shop.

I was looking for a dress on line for my sons wedding, before I ordered my final pick, decided to go to Buckhead store check & see if they have anything, sure enough found a gorgeous gown by Carolina Herrera $5000 original price for under $300 absolutely stunned, love my gown.

Do not buy Jewelry from here. It’s usually really cheap and they will not help if something breaks. I bought some very expensive earrings and came in because one broke. The sales associate was extremely rude and didn't even look at the earrings i had. She basically said nope cant do anything. So disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit at Saks Off Fifth Buckhead. The store Manager Bianca Johnson was very rude and lacked very basic customer service skills and respect. She treated me like I was not a customer that had just spent 200 dollars, but merely an impoverished individual. She did not greet me upon being directed to her when I asked for the Manager, she showed no care into why I had visited the store again for the second day in a row from an issue from the first rude sales associate Jasmine, and didn’t even care enough to make eye contact with me. I visited this store two days in a row because my first visit the sales associate Jasmine was so removed and so rude that I was afraid to even question my issue. After Bianca decided she did not care about my issues, I was fortunately greeted and taken care of by Alicia, who should in fact be the actual store manager, who listened and took my issues seriously and fixed it. She was very respectful and attentive to the issue I had returned for and took care of me quickly without any attitude like the other store agents. I have been treated better in a Walmart than I was at this high end store and I will never return! This Saks is the most convenient to me but I would instead drive 2 hours up to Woodstock if I needed something from this store again. Basic customer service goes a long way and this team needs to learn from Alicia on how to treat people.

This is a review for online shopping. I bought a preused bottega bag that was supposed to be "excellent" for the condition. Mind you...excellent definition is as follows: Excellent - Excellent condition. Minor wear; looks new. However, when my bag came in it looks like the following description as good (Good - Good condition. Noticeable wear due to regular use or age). This is not in excellent condition. Just look at the photos and tell me what you think....They post stock pictures of their used bags and the bags are not the actual item itself. I paid 1000 for a bag that is super worn. And now I can't return it. I'm going to complain.BEWARE. Do not buy used bags from here.
