I personally had a great experience going to this boutique. Even the first time I walked in just wondering about my sizing a sales associate Rohan was incredibly helpful. I never felt pressured into buying anything and he kept everything professional. I ended up coming back and purchasing a jacket I wanted and he remembered me, and I came back 2 weeks later and got a pair of boots and with every trip I loved my experience there each time and even received a letter it was quite nice. Rohan was the sales associate he deserves his flowers and I was more than happy to give him a commission he was awesome.

The best customer service in store I went twice and both the times I had a toddler and a big kid both were hyper running around playing but none of the people who workHad any problem they were very welcoming and super friendly both the times. Would buy more in store for sure.Don’t understand the bad reviews because hermes usually have the people who are arrogant but not this store.The people who work here are really nice super friendly and respectful. I had amazing experience.

I see reviews saying they've experienced rather poor service from this store. From rude management to staffs. I can't speak for everyone, but I had superior experience from them. They're very friendly and attentive when I was there. They offered beverages when a gentleman heard I had a tickle in my throat, while another gentleman was helping me check-out. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.

All black staff and I walked right in and was not spoken to. A white women walked right in and was helped right away. I walked out and bought my YSL bag at another store in the mall. I wouldn’t return .

Came in to purchase a bag. Couldn’t recall the color and overheard the chic say “smog we don’t have no smog what is she talking about” as she walked to the back to get the color she obviously knew I was looking for. So I ask her when she returned what was the issue and what did she say. Of course she acted as if she was confused. The reviews are very telling. I also can not understand how the sales associates would even think this is acceptable when I am the customer giving you money on your commission. I purposely left and went to another store to make the purchase. They didn’t have the color I liked most, but I refuse to spend my coins at this location. Just tacky and rude.

The lady supervisor customer service is horrible. She don't listen to the customer needs. I took my purse for service in the beginning of Nov, 2021 was informed it would be a couple of weeks. Then they say 4 to 6 weeks and now 8 to 10 weeks. I ask for corporate number or someone from corporate to call me, she would not give it. Just very rude.. I purchased the handbag not even a 1 yr old and peeling on sides.. Sam was my sales rep she is awesome, they need to keep her to help improve customer service...

Would order online instead of buying anything from this store. Was sent home with a defective bag, and because I had used the bag once before deciding that I could not deal with the defect, the store refused to take responsibility. Have had very different treatment at other high end stores, and would absolutely not recommend this store to anybody.

This store should be shut down or have an employee overhaul! if you have an issue, stop shopping the brand all together. Don't walk next door to Saks and buy. You are still enriching the brand. They should ensure good customer service across the board or lose revenue. The prices don't reflect the quality anyway.

Upon walking in, there was a group of associates that didn't give off a "welcoming vibe". I actually spoke first and greeted them. One would assume it would be the other way around. Nonetheless, I came in with a purpose; to recieve help from Allie and she was amazing. Her personality and willingness to help is top tier!!

Not so much the actual store but just the sale people in here. Horrible service. Very rude and really don't have a reason to be. They rarely have exclusives in store so if you want to buy saint Laurent products, honestly it's better to go online or to another department store.
