Cindy is totally awesome!! She is very knowledgeable about repairing arcade machines. Her customer service is exemplary!! She goes over and beyond to meet your needs. She was very thorough in explaining the process of the repair from the beginning to the end so you’ll know, exactly, what to expect. I have used Service With Integrity for roughly 8 years. I have been in the arcade business for 20 and have seen my fair share of repair people come and go. Once I started using them, I never called another repair tech. SWI is the only game repair I would consider if you are in the Atlanta area. Cindy is a complete professional who shows up when she says, will fix your game correctly and all the while staying within your budget. You may have to listen to a racquetball story or two but it's worth it. :-)Having Integrity in your name is easy. Living up to it is hard and SWI does that.

It’s really hard to find someone in Atlanta to fix these machines. I’ve encountered rude and abusive people and people who start the process and don’t finish.Cindy is the opposite. She is dependable, kind, on time and knowledgeable. When my machine needs attention in the future, I’ll be reaching back to her.

Well I just asked if they could install a new package into my old standup Mrs. Pac Man.I had already purchased the upgrade kit and monitor but wanted to pay someone to install and for some reason they were not interested in my business.I guess they have enough work to where they can turn away business, it just does not seem like a smart tactic to me.They were very polite and I do wish them luck in the future
