I called this company to receive delivery services. This company is the most inconsiderate and unprofessional business I have ever came across. I was told that I can get same day delivery before 9pm. It became late and I wanted to know what happened. I get a response that the other mover has went home. We reschedule for early morning to be delivered. I never received a response. I called he told me that I would have to rent my own truck. I was so disappointed because I had a flight to catch and I reschedule to wait for them. They never came even when I told them I had to fly out of state because my brother deceased they promised me they will get to me. This company never called me to inform me they can not do the job. Great, incredibly fast delivery. Rob and his associate was able to to pick up and deliver our new couch within one hour of calling him, on New Years Eve! Couch was delivered in perfect condition and set up in our home with minimal difficulty. Highly recommend this service.

His crew ruined my furniture. The leg was ripped off my couch. My shelf unit was scratched up beyond repair. My expensive wooden dressers were dragged across the concrete and are now missing chunks out of the legs. My mirrored nightstand was shattered, then taken by Rod because he promised to get it repaired. Instead, he went to jail for several months and left my furniture behind in his office where it was disposed of because he didn't pay his rent while in jail. I was never reimbursed for anything, even after paying him in full because he promised that he would “make it rightâ€. I've never felt so violated by any company I've ever done business with.
