I Could not find any rates for my car that was reasonable. I was paying 664$ a monthly for insurance. And I’m young at that so insurance is pretty high for me. Called Crenshaw Agency..Found me a quote that saved me 200$!!!! A month. Great service and communication and was very satisfied with the service and information that was provided to me. Most definitely recommend them

I worked here but left because of school and integrity. Mrs Crenshaw forced me to sell insurance without having my insurance license and she even took $1.50 off my pay because I didn't have one. She still told me to sell and she didn't pay me for the hours I worked. Very unprofessional and unethical! Also I have pictures and text messages for proof.

I've been with several agencies in my life and the Crenshaw agency is, by far, the most genuine and welcoming of them all. I could just feel that they weren't just "trying to make a sale" and they really did care about me as a person. They do what they say they will do. From the moment I started my policy, they have been nothing, but good to me, keeping me informed every step of the way with any policy changes, discounts, and renewals. I strongly recommend this agency to anyone who lives in Georgia. And yes, they do serve ALL of Georgia. Great customer service, professionalism, and a genuine care for the well being of us customers goes a long way and this agency is the perfect example of that.

I worked for this agency for a short time. I decided to leave on my own because I felt as if it was not a good fit for me. Once I left Ms. Crenshaw decided that she was not going to pay me for commission that I earned. She made up policies and excuses on why she was not going to pay me. I'm having to file a claim with the dept of labor in order to get what is owed to me. This is ridiculous. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
