We had fun in the arcade part. We didn't go bowling. Lots of crane games that my kids love and ticket games too. Overall I think it's pricier than some other places like Dave&Busters.

I love round1, but this location was just OK. The food service was pretty weak. Why order at the kiosk if I still have to walk up and tell them what you ordered and have them make it.
Also,no queue on karaoke, and then they said there was a queue but then when we arrived for our time, they had already booked it with someone else.
This place needs help, riund1 in Ohio was way better and doesn't even compare to Japan.

Super super fun place. With LITERALLY a lil bit of EVERYTHING and buying points for your card is actually pretty good pricing considering everything they have to offer.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. Came for a child’s birthday party paid for a party of almost 20 kids. And although the staff recognized there were small children in the party and that they would be at various stations throughout the time. They proceeded to charge each parent with a small child as well and said or you can have one parent be responsible for all 20 kids big and small with no regard or care in the world if a child got hurt.

Fun place of course but eat before you go. We ordered several items & no one liked anything we ordered.

I really liked this place, it's super fun, the staff is very friendly and the games are great! For children and adults this place is the best.

Very odd experience. The staff was nice but the rules are odd. After having a beer (at the bar in the arcade), I not take my kids to the other part of the venue. I had no intention on participating in anything but the rule is that you can’t go back there at all if you’ve consumed an alcoholic beverage. Perhaps I missed a sign from the outside entrance. Otherwise, it would have been nice to know after sitting at THEIR bar, that I could not take my kids to the back. I had already spent $200+ and was ready to spend more. Just be forewarned. Don’t end up like my kids & me.
Also, my son had a bag from Cinnabon (just inside of the mall). They wouldn’t let us enter with the bag. I placed it in my daughter’s purse, then it was all good. Just an added precaution. I’ve not experienced this at Dave & Busters or Main Event.
Theres not enough to do in the front alone, but since I had the beer, we weren’t able to pay for and enjoy the full experience the venue had to offer.
Oh the food is VERY EXPENSIVE for the quality. We will not return to Round 1.

Been coming here every week for almost a year. I love it! I only play one game (PUMP it Up)... it's had to be repaired a lot, but the staff is great with doing so. Also, beware of the basket ball and the Hungry Hungry Hippo game (they might have fixed them by now)... PS: Claw machines are their biggest scam- I mean money maker!

So the actual play part was very very fun! I give that a 5 star!! But the food was disappointing. We ordered a pizza and it came extremely undercooked. So we showed them how raw doughy it was and they made another. That one was also extremely undercooked. I mean RAW DOUGH under the cheese. I could not believe that we were the only ones having this issue. Ultimately I think everyone there who eats pizza was eating raw dough pizza not even thinking about it. To pay $25 for a pizza for it to not even be cooked and then all the employees and managers have the most disgusting attitudes.. I know you may not like your job but hey whatever. We ended up getting a refund after the “manager” went to talk to management and never came back until we went back up there for a refund.
Outside of the food and attitudes, the place was really fun and the kids had a blast playing. We would definitely come back to play again. I just don’t recommend the pizza.

We went here for a birthday party and it is now our go to spot. Its $26-$35 per person and times start at about 90 minutes to unlimited for the $35 package. When we went each adult ticket got 1 child in free. What I love most about this place is the fact that once you’re in this zone where all the games are you don’t have to pay for each individual game. I was impressed by the array of games and the diversity. It wasn’t just arcade games but miniature bowling pickle ball basketball, pool, miniature golf volleyball ping-pong and I’m sure I’m forgetting quite a few. It’s a place that you can go with any child. They can walk and adults can enjoy it as well especially if you were the athletic tape who likes to play games. The miniature bowling was a hit with our toddler and the adults didn’t want to leave after competing for hours. Yes the food is VERY underwhelming but its in the mall or you can eat before coming. The service was ok but we didnt require much attention. This is a great concept and hopefully they’ll bring something like this to Gwinnett. Its a great place for kids and adults to have good fun. Weekends seem very busy as one would expect. Yes the crowd is also kind of ******
