Over crowded with to many products and ppl. Is not well organized. The line to check out was the best part because I didn’t have to wait as long. I would not come back to this location.

Their sever is poor much of the time they just like to sit down and talk with people or pretend to do something but their not then they rude talk you and their lady that got mad cuz I touch something and I wasn’t going buy it but over all they do have cheap things

I went to Ross to exchange some pants for larger sizes, I couldn't find them.
Happy to see that there were no customers waiting at the checkouts.
I stopped in front of them, while a cashier on the left side finished with a customer.
The next cashier saw me, looked at me again and took a cart with boxes of empty perfumes and started arranging them and putting them on a piece of furniture. She looked at me again and I thought she was going to say come on... but nothing.
The customer on the left side leaves, the cashier leaves with an item to put it in its place, leaving her position.
I continue waiting and when I return he makes me come in, I hand him the 2 shorts and to his surprise he continues the conversation with another person, while he puts the security seal on the shorts and the hangers and hangs them up while he repeats with the other pants. Is it necessary to do all that and waste time? I don't know what to do next?
While he talks he laughs and waits for the return operation to begin. There is no respect for clients who are made invisible?
Take the receipt, scan it and that's it.
I pay for some colognes separately before I pick up the bag shout next!!
He asks me if I brought the shopping cart, he asks me to return it to the point where I picked it up.
I told him no because of the ill will they have to serve the public.

The Manager, if I remember correctly, is a very kind and polite Mr. from Puerto Rico.
I have read all the comments and I see that there are no answers.
Ross from Piedmont is something else. It's nice to go...
Don't go to that store, you think because they are in the
Hispanics deserve to be ignored and treated badly.
23 minutes of waiting... will it be correct?

I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews on this Ross location but I’ve had many positive experiences shopping here! This is the best Ross in terms of finding quality inventory!
