What ever you do don’t waste your time going here. There’s hardly and merchandise and looks picked over. I asked to speak to a manager concerning a matter and the employee went to the back and came back to the front and says the manager wasn’t there he had to call him. Let me remind you I saw the manager maybe 10 minutes prior. I didn’t make a scene and left but it’s okay. This location will never get another dollar from me.

This is usually the Ross I’m excited to drop in when I’m in the area. I walked in and was totally shocked!!! It gives the ‘getting ready to close’ vibes. There were a lot of empty shelves and a lot of spacing between the racks. Disappointed nonetheless, but I will still stop in when back in the area.

Customer service was great, as I was returning a gift received during Christmas. Was a bit disappointed in the selection of handbags (my reason for going), but the store was very clean and organized! I’d return to shop around for other items.

I’m at Ross and there is only one cashier and it’s a very long line . There’s an ethnic man at the door with an orange marker. I guess he is checking receipts . But he just watching this one lady scan items and the line is way to the back . Like what in the world . And another brown dude just came to help her but as far as that dude at the door what in the world is going on with that .

I think this location caters to Mexicans or they keep all the good items for themselves, I work up the rode and stop by every other week and they never have nothing like the other stores. I literally walk in; look, and walk out empty handed everytime

Poor customer service. Only one cashier on a busy Saturday. Had more people in line a no one cares. It's been 30mins on line still no assistance.
