The staff were very polite. I liked the fact that they gave me a tour and a run down of the expectations of the “House”. At first I was kind of scared and shy but they made me feel as if it was actually home.Even the other families in the “House” were nice. These people go out of their way to treat you like family. They really made our daughters stay at the hospital not only bearable but pleasant. Glad to be home but miss the house and all our new friends

My family volunteers at this location of Ronald McDonald House Charities and the new house is exactly what was needed! The rooms are almost always fully booked, offering much needed housing and support to families whose children need care at Scottish Rite.
