My truck put me down on the side of the expressway on a Friday, had it towed to them Saturday morning, by Saturday evening my truck was fixed! They were very professional, and friendly. I will be using them again for any of my car needs.

I will say, the repair for my car was complex but it was in the shop for over a week. I finally get my car back and it reekes of what smelled like cigarette smoke and there was dirt on my passenger seat.
I then start driving my car and notice the steering wheel is crooked and the car is making a strange noise. I go back into the shop to tell them that, and they state that the car would need to be aligned somewhere else because they don't have an alignment station at their shop.
That would've been valuable information to hear when I first picked up my car! Instead of driving off, only to come back and have them give me that crucial piece of information.
I don't want to be unnecessarily harsh because I see plenty of positive reviews, and the people there seem nice, but I absolutely will not do business with them again.

This is an honest shop!
I had brought my vehicle to two shops and both said it needed front and rear brake pads. Both shops had very expensive estimates. I called Rod V Rod and received an estimate for half the cost. When picking up my vehicle they informed me that the rear pads did not need replacement.

I recently moved to Atlanta and had been searching for a reliable auto shop. I found RodVRod on Google and was impressed by all the great reviews, and now I’m here to add mine! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. They can always fit you in, and their service is quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. A special shoutout to Wesley! After picking up my car, my credit card got stuck inside the center console. Wesley went above and beyond by taking apart the console to find it for me. Just such kind and helpful people all around! Highly recommend RodVRod to anyone looking for an excellent auto shop.
