Dr. Bostick and her team are incredible. They are friendly, helpful, efficient, and put you at ease immediately. My dog is a bit reactive and jumpy and he likes the staff here. Dr. Bostick is direct and honest, without throwing medical jargon at you or making you feel like you have no idea what your pet needs. Switching to this practice is the best choice we’ve made and we’ll be patients for life. Thank you!

I have not left a review in a long time, but I feel this was definitely worth it. Dr. Bostic is the most caring UnBanfield Vet you will meet. If you have been to Banfield, you will understand this post. She is NOT the average doctor pushing meds your pet does not need or uncessary visits or procedures. The prices are the best I have seen for Isabell, my ferret. She is not rushing you out of the door, takes plenty of time and answers all of your questions, and addresses your concerns. She is the best.

They trim my sugar glider nails always gentle and patient with them. They are such tiny nails and they do a great job!

She literally saved the life of my goose Daisy. Daisy was bitten on the foot and had gotten a terrible infection, The foot tissue was dying and she was in danger of losing it all together. The doctor was so diligent and caring, and the staff members were just as great. There are not as many places that will help with exotics like geese and I am really glad I found this place.

Expensive. Was closer than old vet so I tried them. Wish I hadn't. Called them 6 months after a checkup with a simple question and they want me to bring him in. Called my old vet and they answered the question and told me only to bring him in if I followed their instruction and there was no improvement. Closer is not better.

No one ever wants to have to take their pet to the vet because they are sick, but if you have to this is definitely the place you want to be. This place is absolutely amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable, you will feel very secure that your pet is in good hands and getting the best care. They truly love animals at Riverview, they deal with a wide variety of animals, even lizards. I am so thankful the universe guided me here.

Had some respiratory issues with our bird, got it cleared up very quickly! They squeezed us in very quickly and the staff was all very nice and friendly. Recommend this place 100000%.

Staff is friendly, thorough and patient. They service my red footed tortoise and I'm satisfied with how they work with him. I encourage anyone to use this vet if you love your pet.

Very thankful for Dr. Bostick and the team at Riverview Veterinary. We called multiple places to find someone who could see our bird (budgerigar/parakeet). Dr. Bostick was able to see him within the week we called and gave us very good care. This was my daughter's pet and I was impressed and thankful for the way Dr. Bostick spoke to my daughter with respect and kindness. She treated my daughter like the pet owner which was the right thing to do. I'm glad we found her and will return in the future

I called to do a new patient exam. I explained everything I wanted done and the person at the front desk immediately tries to make me feel stupid for asking certain questions about their procedures. My question was do they sedate for teeth cleaning and nail trims. She responds with, Come on do you know of any place that doesn’t do that? Excuse me. In fact, I do which is why I asked. I thought her tone was very rude and dismissive .I’ll take my business elsewhere.
