No wonder the reviews are so low. It’s probably because the Somali pharmacist who calls people drug addicts and junkies. Makes up her own stories and yells at people wives for no reason. I hope no one has to deal with that woman and Walgreens does something

One star is too good for the pharmacy. Find a new pharmacy. If you depend on medication, this place will kill you.
I do not even know why this place is even open.
They constantly lie. Poor Customer Service.
They Say they don’t have the inventory. Wow.
Call a different Walgreens to find out the truth.
My favorite one is you will get a text message when your prescription is ready. Lol.
I have now switched all my prescriptions over to CVS. Thanks Walgreens for nothing

This pharmacy should be shut down. It took over a week and many calls for me to get my medication. No one on staff including the pharmacist knows what they are doing. This business is genuinely putting people's health at risk. The publix pharmacy next door is much better.

Sienna is an angel. So helpful and kind. She helped me receive my digital passport photo when the machine was being problematic. I would recommend going to this location during the day. The Night Shift is not good. They were all on their phone while serving customers, not very helpful and seemed like they hated their jobs.

This Walgreens has the most incompetent pharmacy department I’ve ever witnessed in my life. The head pharmacist is extremely rude and looking at all these reviews, I should have known to stay away from here. I’ve had my prescriptions here for years but can’t transfer them away quick enough!

Just wanted to give this Walgreens location props for their exceptional customer service. This was my third time coming in. The checkout staff are so friendly and helpful. This time I also went to the pharmacy which was an equally respectful and courteous experience. Thank you!

I order Christmas card from Walgreens.. I received email yesterday’s said my order is ready to pick upI came to the store this evening and got a disrespectful customer service from lady’s cashierShe ask for my name and said my order not on system and refused to help . I even show her the email- the charge I already pay for .. I ask , what I need to do next if she can’t find my Christmas card..? Her reply “ Re order “it walk away !! And with loud rudest voice talking about me with her coworkers …!Calling me a liar !! I ask her why she so rude ?? Because I’m Asian?Don’t go to this Walgreens on Howmill Nw ! She work nights shift!

I am not surprised at the news that Walgreens is closing stores and eliminating bonuses from these recent reviews and my experience at this location. I fill at this location every month for the last couple of years for my ADHD meds which is $485 per fill. The last recent months have been a total nightmare with the meds never being in stock or excuses that they are on “back order” until you speak to the pharmacy manager and the meds will magically arrive in 2 days. I think the issue with this new team is that they need to get the processes down, reinforce some training with the new techs, and maintain timely inventory for their regular clientele. To this location’s defense - this review would’ve have been 5 stars from me 2 years ago but they have lost me as a patient as of now.The final straw was last month when I attempted to pick up my script that was ordered days in advance but did not come in and one of the newer pharmacist said, “have you tried going to CVS?”And that I did. Sorry, not sorry.

Cashier lady at the front should not be in customer service. Abnormally rude for no reason. Came in to pick up an order for FedEx - DO NOT PICK UP FROM HERE. She was snappy and mean with me. Will not be coming back here again.

Do not go here for vaccines. Despite an appointment they’ll have you wait for 30+ mins with no one else in line. Then, you’ll hear the person administering the vaccines on the phone “selling vaccines” to other customers. The definition of incompetence.

Chris was super helpful getting me passport photos. He spent a lot of time and was very nice about it. Would highly recommend this Walgreens because of him!
