I love this store. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and take their time with each customer. Every dime I spend here is worth it, bras lingerie, etc. are amazing and all for us big chest ladies.

Looking for a perfect bra fitting with an expert? Then go see Larcenia Ervin at Phipps Plaza. It's been way too long since my last fitting here, so I was too thrilled to get refitted this month. In the right fit and feeling great! They also do fitting parties, so grab your girls and make a day out of it!

Lauren was extremely helpful and patient. I love their accurate and quick alternative to measuring tape. I came in disheartened because my go-to for years stopped carrying my “size”, and left with my confidence boosted. This is the first store where almost every bra was a perfect fit. I look so much better in my clothing, which I thought was sadly impossible. Lauren kindly showed me so many perfect fits & tips.. I’m so grateful I visited this store.

Lauren Dunlop was my stylist and she was amazing. She was patient and knowledgable and helped me find something that made my large breasts look great. She even showed me choices at different price points. This is the best pae to go and Lauren is THE BEST.

My virtual shopping experience with Sundra (Atlanta Store) was excellent. Sundra was very knowledgeable when I asked her specific questions. The experience was very personal and very warm being that it was done from my home. I could not have asked for a better expert, I was treated as though I had know her for years. After researching my past purchases, all the recommendations Sundra suggested was a win. Give the virtual shopping a try, you will not regret it! Thanks again Sundra!!!!

HIDDEN CAMERAS IN DRESSING ROOM!! The employee took me to the dressing room to measure me but she said she wouldn’t use a measuring tape and just needed to look at my body for proportions. I thought that was strange but she asked me to stand in front of the mirror to look at my body with only a bra on. I said that was fine and she brought me a bra to try on. As I was checking the fit in the mirror, I noticed a circle. I looked closer and found a Logitech webcam. I immediately left and asked the employee. She was very nervous and tried to assure that it wasn’t on (which means she knew it was there and never told me). She said the camera is used to measure my proportions with their “3D mirror”, but that it wasn’t on. It makes sense why she had me stand directly in front of the mirror now, because I realized it was taking my photo…. I was not told there was a camera and the employee said she was just looking herself to choose my bra size. The photos I’ve attached show with and without flash. I told the employee they need to tell people they use cameras and she couldn’t make eye contact. Her response was “okay”. It seemed that they are trained to not disclose the cameras and pretend they are experts at examining body proportions, but really they are taking secret photos and using software to determine sizing. My main concerns are their violation of privacy by not disclosing the hidden cameras, their failure to address my concerns, where my photos were stored, if the company stores my photos for data, how my photos are deleted, and if the webcams can potentially be hacked. You can visit and check the mirrors yourself but beware!

I was sent a product I did not order. Where do I return the $75.05 items?My bank has since credited me for the $75.05.I inquired about one of your items, i certainly did not order anything.I am curious to know how you charged me for this item that I DID NOT ORDER!I need a return slip from you with no charge to me.
