if i can give them a Zero star i would. Horrible horrible horrible. They delivered me a sofa a few days ago & the team were just nasty. I may not look like i speak or understand spanish but i did and the crew was talking so poorly about me and my home. Never will i order from them again. Their products suck & look nothing like they do online. it’s like if they purposely send out broken items. I am disgusted.

Sure do miss the real Restoration Hardware store in Sandy Springs where you could access the store easily, park, browse and actually purchase things on site. The new concept could not make these things more difficult.

In the past I have worked with RH in Buckhead and had adequate service. Nothing to write home about. Three months ago I contacted RH regarding a purchase and a concern. They directed me to the manager, got his vm. I left a message. He called back within the hour and I missed it. I thought, well, he/she did their duty and I will never hear back again. Later that day someone else with RH called and said they were directed by their manager, Jose, to assist me. I was thrilled with the resolution which was at Jose's direction. A couple of months later I called RH to check on a status update, the same manager answered the phone. He answered my question for an ETA, and I was on my merry way. Clearly this manager is hands-on.

We worked with Andrea and Domminique to create our dream dining room. Not only is it gorgeous, but both of them were extremely accommodating, patient and it felt like Andrea totally understood what “vibe” we were going for right away and gave wonderful suggestions. We will be getting our living room furniture next year and I will Only work with these 2 wonderful ladies!!

Avoid this place and their stale inventory and their $100 annual membership fee to receive the 20% discount. Products are not in stock and can take months (seriously 6 months minimum) if they are even in production.
