Service is A-1at the REM location in Norcross. They have EVERYTHING at fair prices. If you can dream of it, if you saw it in your favorite restaurant they have it, no cap. The only thing they don't sell is fresh baked bread to go with that restaurant attire on their shelves. Trash can, pizza peels, chef aprons, citrus juicers, refrigeration units, sauce pans, delicatessen hardware - the list is long. Did I say fair prices? Do yourself a favor, whether you are an individual, or a business drop into this location and see what you have been missing out on for all the years you were driving on Highway 85 north and blinked your way pass the exit. I bought a new salad spinner for 150$ which broke in 1 week. Only used it for 4-5 times. They told me we can’t do anything about this you can Just buy another one.

I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding job Steve has done for us at Reunion in East Cobb. We met with Steve for the first time back in July. We were opening a new restaurant and needed to get quotes for all equipment. We used quotes from 4 of your competitors and chose REM solely because of the due diligence and commitment shown by Steve. We were not easy to work with either, as the quotes changed almost daily. During all of this, anytime I needed Steve, he was available (even on his days off) and never showed any frustration with our indecisiveness.
