A little older but unique. Every room is like a small apartment and you don't have to walk down hall after hall to get to itRooms: Lotta roomNoteworthy details: It's individual buildings with 8 units total on each I believe.

This was the best one I have ever stayed in. The staff was great and helpful. Even though I didn't eat breakfast I was told by my brother that it was great. so if you are in the area of this place stop and take a load off. It will be worth your money.

I really wanna stress how amazing the staff was because they were so kind and understanding. But if you need a freezing cold room with the AC blaring do not stay here. The AC works but it rattles so bad you can not sleep, talk or even hear the T.V. Front Desk said it's something with the dehumidifier inside the AC and it's not able to be fixed. Drove me freaking insane. Everything else was great and would stay here again if the AC gets fixed.

Centrally located, this hotel is a short drive to much of the charm in Buckhead. I expected a hotel room in a building. What we got was a spread out condo like situation. There was a lot of walking required to get to the room and its nowhere near the lobby. It's nice that there is a complimentary breakfast. What's not so nice is the staff ate it all leaving very little for guests. And no, we were not late for breakfast.Rooms: Spacious but with dated amenities. (Coffee machine, ice maker). However, having a kitchen was great.Safety: The rooms are far removed and spread out. Like a motel, when you open the door you are outside. Also, the window was facing the walkway so we stayed in the dark because our privacy would have been compromise if we had opened the shades. For these reasons I felt vulnerable and a little unsafe.Food & drinks: The breakfast looked good but staff should not be allowed to eat it or pack up go plates until breakfast is over.Noteworthy details: Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. One kind staff member went back to our room and retrieved my husband's cell phone which he forgot on the bed.

The breakfast experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott was a letdown. The breakfast attendant's attitude was unwelcoming, and their comment about my waffle-making choice was unnecessary. Despite being a loyal Titanium member, the service was far from exceptional.Later, when I tried to purchase two waters and asked to charge it to my room, the front desk requested an ID, which struck me as unusual given my frequent travels with Marriott. I offered alternative verification methods, including providing personal details and showing both room keys, but it was futile. This unexpected and inconvenient encounter has left a lasting impression, making it unlikely for me to choose this location again.

I stayed one night. For the price I paid for one night, I could have just stayed at the Westin or even the Ritz. The Hotel and the rooms are so outdated. The hotel looks more like a motel. I paid extra to stay in the penthouse suite. There was nothing penthouse about it, except for the layout. I went back to the front desk to pick up my food order and the young lady at the front desk asked me that night when I checked in was everything okay. I mentioned to her the hotel was very old and outdated. She stated, i expected you to say that, but do you have everything you need? If it wasn't so late when I checked in, I wouldn't have.Rooms: The penthouse suite had squeaky floors. Anytime someone would walk around upstairs, you could hear it downstairs, even when walking up the stairs. The outside of the room was dirty. The entire property needs pressure washing. The railing to get to the rooms are rusted. Not worth the money!

I checked in on Monday Oct 2 for 2 nights. When I got back to my room on Tuesday night I found that my key card had been disabled. The person at reception told me that they had checked me out by mistake. She reset my keycard. When I got back to my room, I saw that my bag had been knocked over, housekeeping hadn't been done and my bag of toiletries was missing. Called reception - my toiletries bag was with them. Not sure if they were trying to steal it but I've never experienced something like this at a hotel before. Why was some of my stuff removed from my room? The next morning (Oct 4) I wake up at 7 am to loud banging on my door. I don't open the door for my safety. The person outside yells that he's the manager on duty and my room should not be occupied even though I have it for 2 nights. I am frustrated and fed up with the staff at this hotel. No apologies from them and they have been extremely rude and arrogant. I will never be staying here again.

I I had to attend my daughter's book signing. I was not living in Atlanta at the time. So it feels odd to get a room for a weekend. Nevertheless, I found this one! Loved!??loved! It gave a real homely feel! I didn't want to go! Recommended!

Hotel was very nice overall. Room was clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, quiet for the most part. However, this was the absolute worst internet I've ever experienced at a hotel. Could hardly connect when needed and when you could connect it would just drop the connection over and over, this also impacted the ability to use the streaming services on the TV. Be prepared to use a hotspot if you stay.

I love those little loft like rooms. They are modern enough but they kinda keep tourists away so it’s a great crowd of locals wanting a night away & a great low key location in the city.Nearby activities: Lots of bars! Definitely an party scene

Well kept kitchenette, decent sized fridge. Relatively close to Marta station to get to downtown Atlanta. Good breakfast. Bed was comfy, shower had plenty of hot water but could have used higher water pressure.

Looking for a quiet/clean family accommodating place to stayThe Residence Inn Buckhead is what you need.Traveling with my elderly mother and needed a place that would accommodate her needs(no steps, quiet area, space to move around) and most importantly making her feel safe while away from her home.We were greeted and checked in by Sakenna. She was professional, attentive, caring and noticed my Mother's uneasiness. We were given a room that had parking accessible to our room.I asked for recommendations (attractions/restaurants) and she provided me with a few places of interest. We booked a King Studio with a kitchenette... which allowed for me to prepare her tea as she frequently request. The room was clean (plus ++)Spacious (++)Quiet inside/outside (+++)Bed was comfortable (+++)And your control your air/heatOverall I would stay and recommend to othersWe stayed 6 days and on each occasion I encountered Sakenna she was helpfulThank you Marriott for making my stay awesome
