Stayed at this hotel for one night. I was in Atlanta for the Usher concert at the arena and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. The hotel offered free pick up service to the hotel located outside the airport. I made the mistake of going to where the ride share areas are. Don't do that, when you come up the long escalator and the baggage claim is right in front of you. Walking to the left side of the baggage claim that is by the security desk is the exit to the hotel shuttles just follow the signs once outside.
The hotel was less than 7 mins from the airport and the room was a double. I ordered room service I thought was a little pricey but I was short on time until the concert. $30 for a burger and fries and soda. Very large hotel, I have never been in a hotel where the rooms faced outward and it looked like an open concept hotel. Clean, organized and I would stay there again.

The Renaissance Concourse ATL airport hotel was nice. We had an issue with our dinner last night, but it was taken care of. ??

Note that despite it being called “concourse” it is not on the airport and you have to take a shuttle. Shuttle did not come every 20 mins, more like every 35-40 mins. Rooms were nice, food decent but wildly overpriced

Went apart of a business trip and meeting, beautiful hotel and very professional staff. Right next door to the airport so if your flying thats a plus

I had a wonderful stay here. Bacil, who worked as a member of the staff provided excellent service during breakfast. I am grateful for the extra care he showed as I balanced finishing up some work too. Thank you, Bacil!

Older property, but kept well. Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities.

The hotel itself is nice. Plenty of parking, lovely common spaces, large restaurant bar area.
The front desk staff is very friendly. There is plenty of parking.
The rooms are in major need of an update and ours smelled very musty. The furnishings are updated but the actual room (shower, the whole bathroom set up really, etc are 80’s).
We had a balcony room with a view of the runway, which was cool, but kind of loud so not for light sleepers. Worth it for a night though!
The restaurant menu is large, the food is decent, the prices are high, the service is very friendly.

Love this location and staff. Perfect for out of towners flying in and out of Atlanta.
Rooms: Clean room, great setup in banquet area for events or weddings
Nearby activities: Plenty to eat on location or around the area
Safety: Felt safe, no issues with security
Food and drinks: Enjoy pizza and other items from the restaurant onsite.
