I’m located at the One Alliance Center, building 1, suite 1500. I enjoy my experience with Regus. Staff members Cleo and Kay have been exceptional in their communication in what I have acces to as a tenant and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They’re always here to answer my questions and help with any access issues I may experience! I’d certainly recommend this place to others

These people don't care about you. The worst experience I have had in a very long time. I'm really trying to give them the benefit of a doubt, but the company just keeps proving how little they care about their customer. We have a physical location in Lilburn, but we wanted to have a few smaller hubs around the Atlanta area, and one in Buckhead. Unfortunately, I picked this place and I feel like I have to go back and apologize to my team now.

Definitely regret doing business with Regus!! There’s no way to terminate a contract early which makes no sense, even residential leases have early termination options. I’m stuck paying for a 24 month virtual office space that I don’t even use.

This is not about Regus One Alliance Center specifically, but during this COVID-19 crisis, I can without a shadow of a doubt state that Regus is by far, by far, the worse company I have dealt with during the crisis. Most companies I dealt with ramped up there response and/or put programs in place to apply flexibility. Regus did the exact opposite. I couldn't reach them at all and they kept charging my credit card. They wouldn't let me change the payment options online. I had to call my credit card company and block Regus. The result? Debt Collection Agency demanding payment for services I can't and don't want to use. I finally got a helpdesk person on the phone. Response? Contract = contract, COVID or not: 'You can't get out of this and need to pay'. I called the local Area Manager on her cell phone. Same answer. By far the worse company I had to deal with over the past few months. I urge anyone to NEVER get into a Regus contract.
