The branch manager and tellers here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products that we needed, and helped us to set up our account. I was very satisfied with the customer service that we received.

this is the worst banking i have met,i deposited cash through ATM and it show transaction is cancelled without giving my money back no receipt only return my debit card,i went inside the branch told the officer, they said they can check the ATM and should find out and refund the next day, i trust them. next day nothing happen they just made the dispute claim through their system and i wait almost 2 weeks for the final answer that i lost my money!Regions bank is not the safe place to keep your money ! especially with their machine i highly you do all banking through teller in personal,the way Regions solve problem is too long and insufficient knowledge officer to give the right answer to customer, as my problem not be solved and i lost money in the end.i will not be back to this Regions bank and also going to close my account with them. REGIONS BANK IS NOT THE SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR MONEY .

This is the worst branch office, ever. On Friday the ATM ate my card. I went inside and they basically considered me a nuisance. No apology, just told me they would print me a new one, which they did, begrudgingly. This morning, I called because I got an email saying I had requested my debit card to be added to Apple Pay and I couldn't get through to the Green Line. He said I would have to come into the branch and all they would do is cancel my card. Again, no concern and no help. Changing my card has a huge impact on my online bill pay, etc. I was finally able to remove the request via calling the Green Line. Why do I bank here again?!

DO NOT BANK HERE. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THEIR FEES. THEY CHARGED ME A FEE ON A TRANSFER I MADE INTO MY OWN ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUNT WAS POSITIVE AND NO ONE CAN SEEM TO GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO THEIR OWN REPRESENTATIVES!!! I REQUESTED THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED BUT THEY LEFT IT OPEN TO ACCUR MORE FEES!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! I CANT WAIT FOR THE CLASS ACTION SUIT….

Some of their customer service advocates do not have the knowledge they need to have to perform their job and to help their customers. I was helped by Hasan Green and he gave me misleading information in regards to a deposit and this caused a huge problem for my company. Their employees need to get trained to explain the process in detail when assisting with transactions and they need to also work with a smile on their face and a more energetic attitude because they make their customers feel as if they are being bothered by making them “work”.

Regions is literally the absolute worst they put a hold on my account October 8th because I deposited a check I thought was legit from a previous job that ended up not being legit and they blocked my account and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I will never bank with them again and if this doesn’t get resolved soon I will be taking legal action. I work hard from my money they already revered the money back from the check give me my money back.

The service here was absolutely superb, no issues, no wait and friendly staff. I had to check my gps to make sure I was in Atlanta again.
