Randy Beavers and his office have been the friendly and very effective. We recently had a pretty large claim for our house. The process was as painless as could be considering the job that needed to be done. From what I'm reading about others' experiences, it sounds like we have the best State Farm agent. We have been with State Farm for over 20 years. We are well taken care of by our favorite agent - Shyndy Hinojosa. Shyndy is very good at communicating with us and is always available to answer our questions with loving care.

I've been with this office a long time & they have always been good to me. I never have to worry about anything. It's so nice when I have a question I just pick up the phone. Shyndy is awesome & goes that extra mile to make sure im taken care of. Like a good neighbor State farm really is there.

I spent a few months going back and forth with my previous agent's representatives and was never able to reach my actual agent. My messages were taken many times, but I was never reached back out to. I was then assigned a different agent. The same day I transferred agents was the same day my issues got resolved. Amazing service! Truly appreciate this experience and grateful for Jamie Shapiro, who showed he cared and helped me figure things out in such a hasty manner. Thank you, Jamie!

This place is the worst it can ever be. From the woman who picked up the phone to the person named Brandon C Junk . I didn't even know how I got assigned to this agent. Every time I call about any questions they either mumbled or don't know what to answer. He is also a good lier or gave the wrong information to his client. If you don't know the answer it's always good to say I don't know let me ask and get back to you. I recommend everyone to RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLY FROM THIS INSURANCE AGENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE SURPRISED CHARGES !! THE WORST YOU CAN IMAGINE!! I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STAR
