I've been working with Craig Pijut and Steve Lange from Randall Brothers since 2018, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Craig and Steve's responsiveness and commitment to excellent customer service has been great! Along with customer service, the delivery manager, Brett Hooper, always makes sure that my materials are delivered promptly and organized. The quality of the building materials provided by Randall Brothers meets my expectations. I highly recommend the team at Randall Brothers for their professionalism, top-notch service, and outstanding products. 5 stars all the way!

I first contacted the store by phone on 11/22 for a lumber quote for a 2k sqft addition. Spoke with Edwar Sanchez. I emailed my info to Edwar on 11/22 and followed up 11/29 and 12/1 by email and phone. No response. I spoke with other associates explaining that Edwar was not responding. Still no assistance.

I have been dealing with Randall Brothers for years but the lastcouple the service is non existant to get a quote takes forever to get a replyand you have to push them to get it then to place the order doesnt happen unless you call all the time or send email pushs to gety any info my last order has taken 8 days so far and still no joy

We recently had a delivery of custom milled wood profiles that was dropped off by two of their incredibly talented employees, DeWon & Malik. They were both very helpful and friendly. Chris McKenna, the branch GM, takes a hands on approach. He's involved in the company's day to day operation. It's apparent by the company's success that Chris McKenna takes pride in his work, is informative, engaging and is genuinely passionate working in his industry. Driver thinks it's okay to drive at 35 mph down Due West Rd (45mph road) in Kennesaw at 8am on a Wednesday with cars lined up behind him for at least a mile. As long as they get where they need, no one else matters to these workers.

Let me first start by saying I'm not your typical guy who walks in everyday to buy building materials, my experience with Doug at Randall Brothers in Atlanta location was nothing but the best, I was shopping Trex and railing for my deck and he was able to assist and provide me with great customer service, Randall Brothers delivered to my house in Peachtree City with no problems, great customer service!

Very impressed with the customer service.We purchased Trex boards for our patio deck - not only were the boards in stock at a very competitive price, they were also delivered on time and when we purchased a few extra boards that weren't needed, they were restocked very timely and without any issues or extra fees.We are so glad to have picked the local option over the big store brands. Way to go!

After waiting over 6 months for two windows, i received one because the employee broke the other. Wait another month ( 7 months total ) with no communication from anyone from this company. They would get a call, say they will call back and never did!I went there this morning and Jeff, seem to be upset that I’m asking for satisfaction. I asked him to treat me as if i was white. I think when you have a paying customer that’s spent his money 6 months ago only to still not receive what he paid for and act like this person has no rights…………So as our intense conversation continues here goes James ( the house boy ) to the rescue. Trying to intimidate a paying upset customer was attempted to no prevail. James went back to his corner once his handler realized he was ineffective. Poor James, is going to have to step it up if he plan on being this company’s Tobi.Chris, who is the manager ended up refunding me my money. No apologies or cares given about the time that was wasted ( black folks don’t have feeling )This company gives black people subpar service and expect you to be happy about it and if you are not they will call James, and the rest to try to intimidate . lol …… still laughing at James ?
