0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location. Whoever “TT” is, was too lazy to get up from the back to assist me with a return. I came two days in a row and both times employees had nasty attitudes and were no help. I bought the clothes three days ago. Still had the receipt and the clothes still had tags. Don’t understand why a return couldn’t be done.

The clothes are good, your typical Rainbow, but the workers here have nasty attitudes. Customer service matters, How you talk to and how you treat people matters. So with that being said, I personally won’t be spending my money or recommending others to spend their money at this MLK location. It’s rude to shout out loud to your coworker “Why didn’t you lock the door” as new customers come into the establishment. It’s horrible the manager was present and chose not to address how this particular little girl was acting. Also just so you are aware, Googled has listed that the store closes at 7p on Sundays. This location begins to lock the doors at 6:30p and the register apparently “shuts down” at 6:45p. Have a better shopping experience at a different location, take my word for it!

I was looking for some clothes for my little girl. I walked in and seen there was more clothes for adults then kids. So I asked the young ladies if they had any kids clothes. She gave me a crazy look and just kept walking looking in her phone. When I stated that was rude her co-worker asked if I was ok. When I told her what happened she stated idk what to say about her she always like that. Customer service there is crazy and to know she like that and it’s not fixed it’s crazy. Don’t work in a place where you have to deal with people if your attitude is crazy.

Came in here shopped. No one asked if I needed help. I get to the counter the cashier is ringing up a lady that’s still shopping. Never acknowledged me or the wait. After ten minutes passed and she saw the line grow, then she asked for someone to ring n then they took an additional 5 minutes to finish a useless conversation before ringing me up. Moved extremely slow handled my things sloppy. Nope won’t ever return
