Normally I don't have a bad experience when I come to this location but today the customer service was horrible. When I went to check out I spoke to the lady who was ringing me up she never said anything back when she finished I said thank you she didn't say you're welcome. It just felt really awkward and the energy was off like everybody in the store just didn't want to be there or some stuff was going on. But customer service is a very big part for me when I shop somewhere and I usually don't have an issue when I come to this location but I don't know if it was just the people in there today but it did not feel good at all. it will have me thinking about returning based off of today.

Bad customer service big light skin girl has 4 inch nails on and can't ring up or use rubber bands on hangers for layaways. Then her big behind told us to wait while she goes to the back to hang up the layaway after we already waited 15 min in line for 4 or 5 items. What is an appropriate nail length for work ?

The West End location is so ratchet such terrible service you contact the corporate office they don't do anything about the bad service I'll stick with Citi Trends they're better
