It’s 10:19a I came to store and was asked to give them 10min and the store will open while the opening hours are 10-6 M-F. There’s no dressing room to try on the items. So I had to take them home to try on and brought them back because everything is cheap fabric and incorrectly sized. Upon return I was told my items couldn’t be returned because they were final sale being that it’s a bodysuit. However I was never given that disclaimer upon purchase nor was the item marked. Store opens 30mins after opening time. Sketchy customer service. I got what I paid for. Never again.

I cannot believe that I've been sleeping on this store for years! 62 Peachtree St SW, Atlanta. I purchased several dresses for both work and casual that can be dressed up or down and I'm not a dress person I prefer skirts, but I loved them so much!! I'm a plus girl and the styles were fabulous and the prices were amazing, so affordable I couldn't believe it at first! Thank you, thank you thank you to whoever chose these for the store. I love you forever for showing such love to us plus size girls with such syle. (Plus Size Floral Graffiti Print Hooded Midi Dress), (Womens Rainbow Shops Plus Size Greek Key Mock Neck Dress), (Rainbow Plus Size Printed Mock Neck Midi Dress), (Rainbow Plus Size Butterfly Camo Print Tank Dress), I bought more, but can't locate good pics.I even bought 2 of the same dress for several, my rule is is you really love it, buy 2!

This is a beautiful store inside and also the display window… Customers love a well decorated store with advertising the items as we would wear them.. as they are on display in the store.. Excellent customer service management on duty and all staff

I love the atmosphere from the time I walked in the door till the time I walked out the door! Everyone was sooo… polite courteous and kind!!!! They even had the praise music on Sunday when I came in!! (WOW) Thank you Rainbow!!

I had a really great experience in this store! It is neat and tidy, the racks are well stocked. The staff was ALL excellent! They made great recommendations on outfits for me and were just over all really sweet and fun. Sadly I lost my receipt that all off of their names written on it! But basically everyone that was working Saturday Sept 30th around 4pm was fantastic!The pics are of the outfit I purchased during my visit.Thanks again ladies!!

This was first time I had been in a Rainbow in a long time. Hadn’t been Downtown ATL in years. The ladies I’m this store was friendly, helpful and kind. The gentlemen at the door was also gracious. I will come back.Love the customer service
