I called for an appointment and a voice message came on after something like 10 rings. It request your doctor's referral, clinical notes and lab reports before they will make an appointment and only leave one message or if you do they will delay in getting back to you. After 4 weeks, I had sent all the information to them and no one bothered to call me to make an appointment. I had driven over there to speak to someone and they had the doors locked at 4:40 pm, their closing time was 5 pm. No one ever picks up the phone either. I scheduled with more of a professional staff.
