A while ago I went to get 4 large models a while ago and the cashier treated me poorly. First he asked me for my ID and I gave it to him and then he didn't sell me the beer. Bad service.

Worth the stop as they have plenty of hot food items, snacks and other convenient items. The bathroom was big and clean, but the urine odor was overpowering my senses. Outside of that this gas station was great.

I rarely say this about QuikTrip. They are my favorite gas stations in the country. Only buc-ee's is better. This is the worst one I've ever been to.
I've seen many near accidents because of the outrageously bad way they built. Ingress and egress poins seem borderline illegal.
Employees are sassy and rude when usually QuikTrip employees are incredibly fast efficient and friendly.
Now for the most cardinal sin of all. I took a detour to come to this one tonight and the rude employee wouldn't answer a simple question. That question being where is the beer at? It turns out there is not a drop of alcohol so it's not really a good Target for any late-night beer run if you're thinking of coming.
But the way he went about it was to completely ignore me and check out the one person holding a candy bar before me.
I thought he mistook me for wanting to check out but I simply repeated my question. The dude just stared at me and skipped me again.
When the store was finally empty I politely asked the question a third time. "Sorry I didn't see beer. Do you know where it is?"
We have nothing like that in the entire store the rude a****** employee quipped.
S*** hole gas station very unusual for a quick trip to suck this hard.

Can you please tell your “security guard” to take gun safety a bit more serious. Carrying a loaded pistol in your waistband is extremely dangerous. Get a holster.

Like why have the kitchen open if it takes 25 mins or more for a milkshake like be forreal yall are trying to be a full service restaurant with one worker smh....and after they long wait yall hand out coupons but then won't honor said coupons like nothing yall are making should take 25 mins

I experienced the worst customer service ever by a young man who claims he's the manager of Quik Trip at Howell Mill this morning 01/25/2024....he has no respect and empathy for customers!They still have my $45 without giving me the service I purchased

I visited this location in hopes to purchase some candy and chips. At checkout I was informed that all the prices that were listed was incorrect and brandy was extremely rude and unprofessional about the situation and the store manager Nick was called and refuse to honor the price which was listed on all the items (they removed over 10 tags that were incorrect) I would have never expected this type of behavior from a company like Quick trip (in my neighborhood) imagine is a screenshot of a video recording

worst quick trip ever no alcohol no consumer consideration on being polite and buying a vape they did not even offer me the one with the actual cartridge so i spent unnecessary money on this store for no reason. absolutely awful

My least favored QT stop. Ready to go Breakfast selections are limited during breakfast hours yet the staff tries to push you to take the ready made instead of ordering fresh items.
