I've been going here for years. I ended up falling for the sale of needing my brakes replaced. I was taking a road trip and decided to go ahead and have them replaced along with my normal oil change. My brakes have been squeaking ever since!! They weren't doing that before I got them changed but they are now!! I have a Ford, even tho this is a Ford Dealership.. they don't know how to care for my car. I've been up there 4 times for this issue and get no where! They've lost my business!

I recently visited the QuickLane at Hennessy Ford for an oil change and battery replacement, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've had in the 9 years of owning a Ford. I was at the shop for 4.5 hours after an appointment and when I finally got back into my truck, it pulled so severely to the right that I had to return. They told me I needed a new tire to fix the problem and offered to put the tire back where it was prior to rotation. I wanted to leave, so I agreed.
The tire pressure in each tire varied from 43 to 34 psi and shows the attention to detail-see photos of sticker that was left also. The bill came out to $430 for a battery and oil change, which seemed a little high considering the battery came to $290. I tried to figure out the extra costs but ultimately gave up and accepted it just to get out of there. They offered a vacuum and wash which is standard, but I just wanted to leave.
This was a bad experience and I will not go back to Hennessy QuickLane. I’ve always trusted Ford dealerships for their competence, but this experience was bad. The service attendant was professional and had no problems with the personnel.

Hennessy Ford was the best place for me to buy my 2024 Lincoln. I worked closely with Andrew and Nicolas. They really made this purchase the most easiest I ever had even through my indecisiveness. ANDREW and NICHOLAS are so awesome they even called after my purchase to check on how I was enjoying the car. LOVE THEM! K. Christopher

So if anyone decided to drive by Hennessy Ford Lincoln on Memorial day you may have noticed the absence of American flags on this very meaningful holiday. Well if your a Veteran who understands the true meaning of Memorial day this might be a true slap in the face. I'm a current employee of Hennessy and was disgusted by this lack of decency displayed by the so called "American Dealership." I alerted the management of this but was completely ignored. Considering I'm the only War on Terrorism of Iraq veteran employed there I found this absolutely apocryphal. This is not a business any veteran should go to and spend their hard earned money. The management is nothing more then money driven, selfish people. I'm ashamed to be employed here and will be taking my talents to another dealership.

Don't come here, please take your business anywhere else. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0, I WOULD!! The customer of this place is in HELL!! I had my car towed into the location the night before for a 7 am appointment. I had to call them around 10 to figure out what was happening. At first, they claimed they didn't have my car at all on the lot so then I had to call the tow man to confirm he dropped it off. No one called to say they found my car, I had to call several times to find the person who had my key. At this point, its 1 pm and I finally got in contact with my service agent and nothing had been done to the car. My service agent Terrion Crooks claims he was given the key this morning but didn't work on it or pass it to another agent who could begin my service. Instead, he told me he had other people ahead of me. Again my appointment was at 7 am and now it's 2 pm, and still no services were provided. DO NOT COME TO FORD HENNESSY. DON'T DO IT! WORSE LOCATION EVER!!

Oh my! We went here three times since December, 2023. They never seemed to have the truck we wanted and didn't seem to care or scared to just tell us or something. We dealt with a different person each time. Wow, I hope this isn't too harsh, but it seemed like all three people that we dealt with were robots programmed to be courteous but avoid fulfilling our needs and just keep us there and waste a couple of hours of precious life, while they pretended to check in the back or on the lot or talked to their manager or SOMETHING! The similarities in the experiences at the three visits must attest to the character of the management. The last time we went there, we had to walk out because they kept saying they had a truck but couldn't find it on their lot. My goodness! A $40K vehicle with a GPS on it and access to all this computer power and it takes you and your manager over an hour to (NEVER) find a truck? We finally realized this was not the place to go and in 24 hours had purchased a truck from Courtesy Ford and it was a TOTALLY different experience. Beware of the zombie dealership!

Nick did a great job helping us pick out our new 2023 Aviator. He as very thorough and patient as we checked out numerous vehicles. The paperwork and vehicle were ready when we went back the same day to pick the car up. He was detailed in showing us all the features of the car and even followed up with us 6 weeks after purchase to check in, including a personal visit to our home where he spent 2 more hours going over features and getting our vehicle synced with our home. 5 stars.

I could not imagine a worse customer experience. I purchased a CPO Lincoln in Dec of 2023, paid cash and still don't have a title. No one is of any help at the dealer, there has been zero follow-up, limited communication (only after I prompt many times) and not one step has been taken to even attempt to make this right. We are out of state and cannot register our vehicle without a title. Please do not ever think this dealership will do the right thing, they won't even do what is required. Buyer beware, run as fast as you can....I wish I had.

Oil changes should not take 4.5 hours, especially when a reservation has been made. The service advisor (who was polite) did warn it may take "an hour or two," but did not communicate updates. It completely ruined a Saturday.

Today I went by Hennessy Ford In Chamblee Ga. I went in to purchase this part number, W716771-S440. The bag clearly says "1 package of 4 pcs". The package also says you cannot return it if opened. The part number cost $7.06. The dealership is taking the parts out of the bag and selling the individual nut for $7.06 each which would be $21.24 for the part that is supposed to be sold as a bag. Other stores are dividing the bag up and selling them individually but they also divide the price by 4. For example if you go look online at Levittown Ford they list them as $1.68 each. The dealership said that is the way they sell nuts and bolts. The sale-people don't understand how an ERP system works where you enter and item and you put a quantity of how many it is so that when you order one of that part number you get the quantity of parts entered in SAP. I tried to explain to them if you buy one part number for brake shoes you get 2 sets. It would be like taking them out of the box and selling 1 set for the price that's supposed to be for 2 sets or 1 part number per entered into your ERP system. The net effect of this is the dealership is marking the part up 400% and pocketing the extra money. If they are doing this with counter customers they are probably doing this for people bringing their car in for repair. Keep in mind if this is warranty work this is being billed back to Ford Corporate. This is clearly unethical. If this is the way they treat their customers why would you buy a car from them or take your car for service there.

brought my Mustang in on 12/30/23 for scheduled maintenance and when I received my car back there's chemical stains on my windshield and on my door windows. Destiny Gallimore was the lady that "helped" me by calling a glass company to come out to view my car but she said that there was nothing the glass company could do to fix it And basically shrugged her shoulders and said "we've exhausted everything we can do" then when I asked her what am I suppose to do about the damage done to my car she basically said it's my expense! it's not fair at all! They didn't even bother to run the cameras to SEE that my car was not damaged when I pulled in on 12/30 and destiny didnt even offer to let me speak to this glass compamy myself! TERRIBLE!

Beware before purchasing a Lincoln! I have a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus that spent 4 months in the service department at Hennessy in 2023 for a transmission issue. 4 months after we received the car back the transmission functions worse and had a total power failure while my daughter was driving it. They have had the vehicle for 1 month (since Dec 18) and no action has been taken so far. I have reached out to Quincy requesting an action plan and timeline and he WILL NOT return the call! This needs to be expedited! 5 months of the past year Hennessy has had my car. Yes they gave me a loaner that can't leave the state and my daughter drives my Lincoln to college in another state so we have had to drive her and she is unable to get to seminars required. Lincoln offers no remedy, no compensation for the extra inconvenience or expense due to this issue. Since my car has not been touched in a month I am at least a month away from possibly having my car back. My service advisor is great and communicates with me but he isn't the person that can put together the action plan. This was my second Lincoln and I was looking at a third. This service has cost Lincoln/Ford any future business.
