Oil changes should not take 4.5 hours, especially when a reservation has been made. The service advisor (who was polite) did warn it may take "an hour or two," but did not communicate updates. It completely ruined a Saturday.

This dealership is among businesses that Rescinding the previously available loaner car benefit while working on my vehicle. A simple oil change and tire rotation is taking three hours minimum. Find another dealership.
