Post Covid Healthcare is just strange! I see my PCP virtually now and she wanted a ton of labs. For whatever reason they received my name but no actual lab tests came thru on the order. Shae went above and beyond to help me get the lab requisition to save me from having to reschedule an upcoming specialist appointment AND more time of from work. Shae is an asset to your team!!!! Thanks again, Shae!!!

I had a great experience with Emma. She was super patient and kind with me and explained everything very clearly when I was there.

Don’t listen to all the negativity, this quest is amazing and very kind! I was very emotional and Judy and her colleague comforted me❤️ will definitely return for them but didn’t appreciate the rude patients in the waiting room and am sorry the staff has to deal with haters like that! The patient is not always right and hope the staff at quest can get some protection from all the haters that come in to this wonderful clinic ?

Came here for blood work. Did not give me the correct tests that the doctor provided. Had to come back for a second time, pay to park for a second time, and was given a 16 minute wait by the iPad at the front desk (there is no worker at the desk). Waited over 20 minutes and was not called. The 3 people there before me were also not called at this point. Finally one was called in and she said she was waiting for over an hour. At that point I just left. Waste of time. Would recommend going anywhere else.

This location, like most of them from Quest, is staffed by unqualified people who will always find a way to take up a few extra hours of your precious time to mosey around and do nothing but milk the clock.

Today the technician used the needle in my arm as a probe to try and get blood. Could not. So used next arm. Blood was good but she probed again. Both arms are black and blue. Then she did my husbands. When we left he had blood all over his shirt and down his arm even after she had put tape over it. It looked like he had surgery and all he needed was blood drawn. We looked at it had a welt at the sight of entry and now his arm is black and blue.Very disappointed in this lab. Our Dr is next door and calls our orders to this lab. May have to use another lab. Will be talking to our doctor about this technician.

On 5/12/2022 at approximately 10:15 a.m., I arrived at Quest (location listed above), with spinal fluid in a bag in my hand from a lumbar puncture, which had just been performed. The bag also contained orders to collect urine and blood. I checked in on the self-serve kiosk and waited. A couple of people came out from the work area and asked me if I had an appointment and didn't respond to me. Then a man came out with another patient he was escorting to a door and he started talking, but he didn't make it clear that he was talking with me. After the lady went through the door, and he was just standing there, looking at me, did it become evident that he was addressing me.He didn't introduce himself. He took the clear plastic bag from me with the four vials and additional work orders. He started to do paperwork, asked me for my ID and insurance card. He said I could provide a urine sample while he completed all the paperwork because there was a lot, and it would be a while. I came back with the urine sample and he said that's not enough. I asked him how much I needed because I didn't want to do this again. I continued to hydrate. Somewhere in there I asked for his name, which he said was Sterling. He pulled 4 vials of blood. I was not offered juice or water. I provided the second urine sample. That and the first one were whisked away by a second attendant.Signs in the lobby said I could get an estimate of charges I would be billed. When I inquired, I was met with an inquisitive look and a response that indicated Sterling didn't understand what I was asking for. He was moving slower than molasses in January. I was there for no less than 45 minutes to give one blood draw (4 tubes), and a urine sample (I still was never notified how much was enough.) AND I HAD JUST HAD A LUMBAR PUNCTURE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LYING DOWN ASAP!!!I heard from my physicianxs office the next day that this Quest lab had mixed up some of my samples.I'm lacking confidence that my tests will be accurate. I am very displeased with this location. I went online to give a google review and I notice it says permanently closed, which is bogus. I had google review it to fix that so I can leave this bad review. This is a horrible location.I should have been greeted appropriately, introduced, explained everything thoroughly (including how to access my online results-- which I wasn't), given an estimate (wasn't), proficiently processed and expedited on my way with juice and or water in my hand. I'm very displeased with this location. It needs a full evaluation and re-staff, and re-education.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Door still locked after 8am. Building security had to let me in. I had to look up code for a basic panel. On google. Technicians complaining about job with room full of patients. Problems with management. Technician blew my vein after FOUR maneuvers in my arm and a suggestion that she stop. Or else. Would not send my cat to this facility. 2K in bloodwork. Feeling slightly abused. WTH.
