Professional. Prompt. Easy to locate. 17th floor of Emory. Digital checkin. Accessible via elevators.

This is in the tall building of Emory Hospital, on the 17th floor. That's my only complaint: Google was taking me in circles. But that's a Google issue. The lab appointment went brilliantly. The tech was great. The office was clean and tidy. No wait (Friday at 3pm). I'll use them in the future, for sure.

To be clear, the staff were all professional and kind and none of this is about them.
However, this location is in a gigantic, busy hospital. To get to the clinic I had to park in a garage that has 10 levels, take an elevator to a skybridge to an escalator - all just to get to the lobby. The lobby attendant directed me to take another elevator to the 17th floor, at which point I had to walk through a long, winding hallway with no signs before I finally found the Quest. When I arrived, there was no staff, just an electronic kiosk. At this point I was 16 minutes late. Because I was more than 10 minutes late, I was booted from my appointment time and the next available appointment was three hours later, so I chose to accept a standby position. Even though I was first standby, I waited for two hours for my blood draw. Again, there was no one to talk to about the situation. I even called as soon as I realized I was at the hospital to make see if someone could direct me to the correct location and to make sure I wouldn't miss my appointment time, but there wasn't any option to speak to a person on the phone, either. I have mobility issues and this was an appointment I had to fast for. Honestly, this situation is more than just annoying and inconvenient, it could be dangerous.

had to change the date of my appointment because drug kits weren’t in, AFTER I got to quest. Waste of time.

This location was easy to find and the waiting room was very clean. There wasn't anyone up front to handle concerns and/or questions-just a check in kiosk.

Everyone is nice and professional. When I make an appt I’m in and out in about 10 mins.

I have been trying reach billing for at least 15 minutes. When pressing option 5 for the billing department I’m put into a sales pitch with a recording who tries to sound as though it’s a real person, using “ums” throughout the spiel. There is no way to get out of it and get to billing. There are multiple products it tries to sell. Very unprofessional in my opinion to be trying to sell services or products when people want to discuss their bill.
I’ve called back multiple times pressing various options trying to reach someone, but have been fully unsuccessful; everything is simply a recording.
I still haven’t reached anyone. Hopefully someone from the clinic will see this and reach out to me.

The staff is nice but the policies and procedures lack logic and customer focus. Showed up with a prescription and an appointment , paid for parking, but no lab tests were provided. Byzantine and impenetrable rules and procedures and policies. Kafka would be proud. Take my advice and find another company.

Unreal experience. Waited fifteen minutes past my appointment time for them to tell me they didn’t have a lab order for me, which the doctor generated digitally. “Our system doesn’t process those.” Cool. I have it on my phone. “We have to have it printed out.” Cool. Let me use your printer or email it to you. “Our printer is broken. You have to fax it.” Get someone to fax it immediately. “It takes 30 minutes to an hour for us to get a fax.” In what world. That was the magic of faxing in the 1980s. Instant paper. The folks were doing their best, I’m sure, but it was corporate cost cutting to an extreme, and I as a patient paid dearly for it with my time and my dime. “WE DO NOT VALIDATE PARKING” displayed with enemy combant rage on their front door. Going to labcorp next time. Can’t be any worse, right.

Went twice with appointments spread over 2 weeks, they apparently don’t have the blood pressure guy each time. No way to connect to the office to confirm if they do
