I tried to go here for a test and was told by the medical center that this Quest location no longer exists.

They were really nice to me. The phlebotomist was efficient and quick. She also got it right the first time. The lab was quicker than expected in providing results.

Long wait time, lab techs spend waaayyy too much time socializing as the wait room grows to capacity. Seems as if there is only one person drawing blood in the facility.

Website says walk in only for the test I want then when I get here they say I have to order online and that's the only way I can have the test done. The test isn't even available on the regular quest website, so someone else had to help me find it. Then when I ordered the test no one could find proof of the order. They lab just wasted my whole day, the one day I had available to get this test done. To get a refund they tell me to call, but I've been on hold for 45 minutes.

SO. NICE. I went at 10:30 and there was NO wait. Also, after they took my blood pressure, the two techs literally celebrated and high fived me for my great blood pressure haha. Then the nice woman who took my blood took the time to test both arms, REALLY feel my veins, and was super quick about it. I will forever come here for blood draws.

These women were very professional. No appointment needed and short wait time. Definitely recommend this location.
