I was suposed to be in rapid rehousing program and moving into rapid rehousing. Someone in quest communities took me out of the system. I'm facing eviction. No on will answer the phone or call me back. I had miss high Miss Lawson and Miss Ford. . The whole place needs to be audited.

Bad experience. Bad situation, bad housing, bad attitude. Everything about this place sucks. I have never been in a worse situation than I have been with these people. If you need a payee service, go with another one. These people are the worst.

Its a Major Problem there. There are so Many sick people who live there and they have problems with cell phone connections etc. so they are not able to talk to their guest via phone upon arrival: there is no one to greet visitors to check on there friends, family members who are sick of any sort. There should be someone 24hrs a day to assist people who want and need to check on such people.

They Never answer the phone and when I went to visit they closed earlier than advertised. The time advertised as closing was 4pm, I arrived at 2:45pm.. Poor Customer Service. Very dissatisfied.

This organization is very unprofessional and they come with a plethora of lies. I called this lady name Olivia Knightingale and she was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She claimed that she do not know my husband and that I was not suppose to receive a check because she do not know me. Then she stated that she has paid my husband's bills but remind you she do not know my husband. I had already spoken to the VA and they told me that this woman stated that my check was pending, yet she do not know my husband or me. This organization is repugnant and I would not recommend them to anyone. They lie, will not answer when you call, and are very rude. Who knows what they are doing with my husband's money.

Been here for 7 years and I have always been treated with respect and dignity from all of the staff. I still have contact with my case manager even though everything is on the phone. COVID-19 has the staff working remotely and they still get stuff done.

At times it is very difficult to get in touch with anyone at this place which is very unfortunate when they are handling the money of individuals who need assistance handling money. I have not had a consistant experience with this company. When I was able to get ahold of them, they were friendly and helpful but it seems more times than not I was having to call multiple times to try to get something done. Considering a new payee company.

Wow!! All the bills should be paid on time, that is a problem, they have received government funding for these units, there should be nothing the tenants lacking. Mr. Adams don't even need the tenants money, that is a form pf greed.If your taking from people who comes to you for help, it speaks volumes about the character. Even one should be respected regardless of their circumstances.

We’ve been contacting them for months regarding unpaid light bills. No one not the financial director , Ms Nightingdale, will call us back. In the past we’ve always had issues with them not paying the bills. And the financial director Ms. Nightingale was always ALWAYS ALWAYS RUDE. I do not recommend them to handle your money. How can this “nonprofit” organization function if they can’t even pay the light bill for their clients. Something is up with them. Where is the money actually going to?

They some bs, they put at risk of being homeless, at the being of the program we were guaranteed section 8, but upon coming to the completion of the program there was nothing in place it was a lie, then if you don't have a place at the end of the program, they don't care. Its said water is included in your rent but still want $30 additional.The case management ain't hitting on s***, because they don't help with anything. Continuously coming to your place asking the same questions with no resources to help.I definitely don't recommend this particular program.Try Community Action.
