Honestly I don't see why it's called Quality Inn, it ain't good quality. I drove all the way from Miami and so far this is worst maintained hotel so far.Rooms: Small beds, not well maintained.Food & drinks: Comes with coffee in the rooms, and breakfast included.

These people are very RACIST❗️ here. They will treat you differently according to your skin color. They gave water to white customers in front of us and when we walked up they refused to give us water. They said we don’t have any. We payed 170$ for the night. The hotel smells like WEED!!! And no amenities. ??❌

The bathroom tube was chipped and the exhaust was very dusty. The staff was very nice. The beds are comfortable but the sheets have stains. I asked for cleaning ones.

I wouldn't stay here again. If you have to because you have no other means. It's honestly better to go across the street to the holiday Inn. It smells really really bad. The microwave was super dirty and looked like it was from the ice age, the atmosphere quite sucks. Its cheap in price and in looks ?Rooms: The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and super cheap!Safety: I don't feel to safe staying here.

Our room was clean and neat. We had no problems checking in and stayed for three days. Every morning we had breakfast in the lobby. I just wish they had sugar free syrup for the Belgian waffles.

Not at all a good hotel. Booked through hotwire. Toilet flush was not working. Rooms were not clean. Not a family hotel. Never recommend it for kids. Beds were very small size.

Absolutely NOT, let me say this again l! ABSOLUTELY, ABSOLUTELY NOT......dirty, broken locks, people hanging over railings, cross dressers(seriously), small bathroom, small everything...bed is a sunken mush!......you will not feel secure....WHY on earth did Radisson rewards changed and added low hotels whatever is BEYOND me, people in many rooms, only a few cars....folks renting rooms have no transportation.....it's 100% unacceptable......plexi glass securing the desk clerk.....again WHY the flip did RADISSON/ country inn and suites changed their reputation is, well, fire the CEO and whoever else screwed this up......hello holiday Inn, hello Hilton....I'm in disbelief.

Room sheets were dirty front desk was no help. There were bums sleeping out back on couches there was needles on the ground not more the 5 feet from our door.I called prior to booking and was informed they had a pool, once checked in and unpacked was informed pools been closed.Holiday Inn across the street seems like a better option next time. Didn't see any junkies hanging around there. Will definitely think twice before staying at any quality inns again by seeing how this place is kept.

This hotel is very horrible! My first room had some hair in our bed sheets. So I asked the front desk if they can switch me to another room kindly and they did. The second room was worst!! There was hair everywhere again!! in the bed sheets, the pillows and mattress. I don’t recommend anyone or anyone with babies to sleep in that hotel! I recommend everyone to go DoubleTree hotel is way better and cleaner!Rooms: Horrible

I was visiting a friend & tbh for a motel it isn’t that bad. No bugs in room 233 outside unit, air worked very well, bed was a king very sturdy & comfortable. Mini fridge was cold. I didn’t use the microwave or ironing board to be able to comment on those. Normal looking bathroom & storage area. To me all quality inns look the same. When I left this morning the pool looked amazing. They also have tons of parking all around the motel. Quick access to the interstate. I never had any contact to comment on service. All n all 4 outta 5 stars.Safety: I felt very safe walking from my car to the room but idk if that was cuz my friend was outside waiting for me or not.

Always clean rooms, beds and linens, no bugs. Dan at the front desk is always friendly, I’ve stayed here over 5 times and service is always great. I would never go back to this hotel. First of all if you pay in cash u have to pay a $200 deposit. If you pay by card they don't just charge the card the next day you have to go to the desk with the physical card but if you pay late they will charge the card. I have never had such a bad experience. Should have went across the street but trying to save never again

Didn’t even get passed the front desk. I called and asked if the pool was still open to help me with my decision. But instead of answering the question, all I hear is people talking in the background!! What is the point of answering the phone if you don’t want to do your job. One star and we will never book here. These hotels hire any and everyone so secure your belongings at all times.

The desk staff were very pleasant but I was made to give a $200 deposit that will take 3-10 days to receive back after checkout. I feel this was excessive. I was a little concerned for our safety, so my daughter and I wedged the chair under the door handle. This motel needs major updating but for the price, I guess it was overall ok. I did feel like it was clean.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Before the pandemic it had a great breakfast. However, it still has blueberry muffins and good coffee so that's OK for me. The beds are still very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Alicia at the desk even printed my boarding pass for me since I'm not too tech savvy! I appreciated her help.
