I tried to get a pedicure at 2:50 pm on a Saturday the sign said they close at 7pm
When I walked in and asked one of the employees said I am sorry but we are tired and can’t do your pedicure
If that’s the case close down for the day

If I could give them zero stars I would. I normally deal with Tammy who is amazing but due to my recent experience with this girl( see picture) I will spend my money elsewhere.She’s rude, and disrespectful. Wouldn’t get off her phone to service me or even listing to what I was requesting. She is the reason I will not be returning.

Let's talk.! I was headed to work and stumbled on this nail shop. The shop is clean and the nail tech Ashley is very friendly and sweet. And they open at 930am which is a plus.Services: Acrylic nails

Tammy took her time and did a great job on my mani/pedi. Clients that had appointments came in while I was there and you could tell they really care about their customers bc a couple came all the way from Lawrenceville.I would highly recommend making an appointment. I lucked out, I came in as a walk in on a Saturday morning before their rush. If I came an hour later I would’ve been turned away. Tammy had to turn a few ppl away but couldn’t verbalize it was bc they were full; she spoke little English. Tammy told me to make an appointment next time I need a fill. It’s a small, family oriented salon and the quality speaks for itself.

Called in the have my nails done and at first I was told that I could come . As I was on the way I was told that they would not be able to do my nails because there was an appointment that wasn't marked in the books . And I was not offered a different timeframe or anything .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! These people had an unlicensed nail tech in the salon doing pedicures and manicures for days knowingly. This young lady did my pedicure and it was terrible she was too rough. I paid for deluxe with gel and my toes look as if I did not go to a salon. My gel is bubbling on my toes as I type. She proceeded to do my nails and was stopped as she was putting on my acrylic nails bc they had a family emergency SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I called today to see if I can get it redone seeing as how I paid them $55. They then tell me they can fix the polish on one toe not everything. They said they can’t honor the pedicure bc they paid her under the table all the money which is not my problem. I am not satisfied with what I paid for and they have such terrible customer service they said I couldn’t get it done unless I came early when they open. It was convenient for me so now I am FORCED TO WALK AROUND WITH A TRASH PEDICURE AND UNGROOMED TOES. Do not go here they do not care if your satisfied and they are not professional at all. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I was recommended Sam from this shop. I started coming here a few months ago and could not be more pleased. Sam was so personable and made me feel very welcome from the first visit.
