I purchased a MCM had bag it came last Friday. I called customer service today Tuesday to return it. It’s much larger than what I thought it would be. And customer service tells me that I can return it because I took the plastics off. I have not used the bag at all. I just want a smaller bag. I buy things at the store and if I am not happy with it I take it back. I am not asking for the money back I am asking for a different size. I want be buying anything from them again and I will let my coworkers know not to order from them.

Customer service sucks and the company is full of liars. I’ve been having problems getting orders sent to my address because “the vendor can’t verify the address”. When you call and ask for an explanation, they refuse to tell you anything and say they put in a ticket for someone to call you back. Then they say they will email details on why the order was cancelled for non verification of address. Anything to get you off the phone.
Their best advice was for me to keep trying ordering to different addresses until the order does not cancel out. Not to mention the fact it can take a week before it cancels out.
What kind of stupid advice is that? Why not contact the vendor and make them verify the address with the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
They have absolutely no respect for customer’s time. They will NEVER email you or call back regarding complaints or order issues.
All you get is vague system generated messages. “Your order has been cancelled “ that’s it! NOTHING ELSE.
It is disgusting how bad the quality of service is. They want your money and nothing else.
I’ve already submitted a complaint to my CEO and proposal to drop Purchasing Power for gross negligence. I’m severely stressed out due to their lack of care.
I’m going to pay a visit to their corporate office at 2727 Paces Ferry Rd SE Bldg. 2, Ste 1200, Atlanta, GA 30339, since it’s only 15 minutes away. Maybe someone there can explain why customer issues don’t matter and why problem resolution is non existent.

I am currently dealing with them about an
Electric fireplace with shelves and it came with missing parts. I have been calling for the last 30 days trying to get the parts and have been getting the run around. I have spoke with 8 different people and decided today just to cancel the order and send it back. They told me today it will take 3 to 5 business days before the return lable will be sent to my email. I am definitely done with purchasing power this has been the worst experience I have ever had with them and I have used them for 4 years on several different items. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

If it's not tires, it's something else. I purchased a 65 inch tv on 6/29. The shipment was through BTX global logistics. For some reason, my delivery got pushed back a week. I was upset, but patient at that time.i decided to plug it up to see if it works, and boy oh boy....was I ever surprised. The television has a large crack on the upper right side. I was highly upset afterwards. I handled it very carefully and I noticed the delivery driver wasn't doing anything wrong either. ( My suspicion was due to the delay, maybe the TV got damaged during transit.) As soon as I noticed the crack I called BTX Global first and they were very polite and professional in helping me get my request for a refund taking care of, however it was purchasing power that stalled. After repeated calls it is now 08/13, and the TV still hasn't been taken back. I took photos and sent to them many times, and was told 3 weeks ago that they can only replace the tv unless it was sold out. The TV was sold out, and I told them I don't want a replacement. So again, here it is a month or so in and my claim has not been resolved. I don't know if they're stalling to to get a replacement ( which I was very clear on not wanting), or they're trying to see if the TV will get damaged by me for being in my home this damn long. This is the worst customer service I ever had to endure from anyone. My advice is to be careful buying large items from purchasing power.

Where shall I began. Customer Service are slow, they dont know any freaking thing. They are liars and retards. I placed a order on august 5, everyday it was something different. Ohh call back in 24 hours, give us 48 hours, it takes 1 to 2 business days, you have to wait for 3-5 business days. I submitted my allotment infomation everyday for the pass 2 weeks, and they still stated that I need to submitted it in. DONT ASK FOR A MANAGER, THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They place you on hold for long periods of time and still didnt get nowhere. They English sucks ..................

I’m so disappointed with the service company and program. I simple was trying to place an order for a gift for my son and they sent out the wrong thing I called immediately and they still shipped out the huge plaything that I have to now send back I will be making it my mission to give multiple one star review with different accounts and I will not be recommending this to any employees I will actually make it my mission to do the opposite

I love Purchasing Power! I have purchased several things and the shipping is FAST. I ordered Air Pods Pro and received 2-3 days. I love that my purchases come with a 2 year warranty as well.

I'm sitting on hold for the third time this week with their customer service because my order never arrived. (Again)
I have used this company for over a decade and they used to be good but now they are a nightmare.
Their customer service on the phone is all outsourced, and they lie. They put you on hold for 30-45 mins at a time after every question you ask, hoping you will hang up.
They will NEVER let you speak to a manager. They will lie to you blatantly to get you off of the phone.
I ordered a dresser. It never arrived because it was delivered to an address on the other side of the country. They then told me that the dresser was out of stock and I needed to go online and order another. Then that one did not arrive for over a month. I called every week and was told "soon". Then they told me that the next one was out of stock and I had to purchase an entirely different one. Two months later, I had a dresser that was more expensive and not what I originally ordered.
At the same time as that original order, I ordered a couch and they couldn't track the delivery. After THREE MONTHS, I finally did my own Google search and found the phone number for the president of the company that manufactured the couch, and HE finally sent one to me. Purchasing Power did not help.
Two weeks ago, I placed an order online and immediately tried to cancel. The website wouldn't allow me to. I called and "Carlos" told me that he couldn't cancel the order until a purchase order number had been issued and that I needed to call back at the end of the day. That sounded weird, so I called back two hours later.
When I called back, they told me that it was too late to cancel. I told them what I was told when I had called earlier. I was put on hold for almost an hour. They wanted me to hang up. While I was on hold, they sent an email saying they had processed my order. THE VERY ORDER I WAS TRYING TO CANCEL. Then, I had to work with UPS to reject it because Purchasing Power refused to help.
On that same day, I ordered a gaming console, and it, of course, never arrived, so I called them. They told me to call back if there was no tracking update from UPS. I did. They put me on hold, and then an hour later, I was told to call back again today, and they would file a claim with UPS and send me a replacement within 3-5 days. I called back today, and the person told me to file the UPS claim myself. I said no, you have to do that for me, and then they put me on hold. They came back 10 mins later and said they would make a note and I should follow up in 7-10 business days. I said NO, I was told you were going to send a replacement in 3-5 days. Now I'm back on hold again. I've been on the phone 34 mins at this point and am still on hold.
I have asked to speak with a supervisor every single time I call and they tell me there isn't one.
I have found the email addresses of their corporate sales team, I will be emailing them next.
They just came back on and said I will be receiving tracking information in 3-5 business days for my replacement. This is most likely untrue.
Run, don't walk from them. I used to tell everyone about them because it was a cool benefit that our company offered. They have gone so far downhill that my recommendation is that you NEVER use their service.
They don't care. Their customer service people are feral, and you will never get any help if anything goes wrong with your order. They are rude, they lie, they don't care, and they are completely unsupervised.
No stateside contact information is available unless you email their corporate sales tea, and those folks don't want to be bothered with customer service issues. Can't say I blame them but it sure would be nice if someone there cared.

Communication is horrible, I placed my order at 1 am and canceled by 11 am on same day ( found better deal ) order had said processed and never changed , all other orders I had moved to shipped, but the canceled item just stated , " cancelation pending ", I tried emailing and calling with no answers , I did not want get charged the amount and then have to fight to get that money back and pay additional shipping fee . I still got charged the shipping fee but the charge did not go through, would have been nice to talk to someone

The product is fine, but you guys have terrible shipping issues. As shipping updates are good they’re often not accurate and the delivery dates are always pushed back further.
