On Tuesday evening June 18,2024 there was an older black woman working in customer service. I did not catch her name, this was around 7PM. She wears glasses and has a short bob style haircut that is slightly curly. She is rude every time I come into the store. Why is she working customer service when she is not pleasant at all? She gets upset or angry when you ask her to do anything. I work in hospitality and have for 20 years, this woman has the worst attitude. Please remove her and replace her with a customer friendly person that actually has a friendly demeanor. If you don’t believe me, insert secret shopper. I’m a black man, I only mentioned this woman’s race to help with description.

This is definitely my favorite Publix in the area. If you order ahead, they will actually do it! They also don’t often sell out of sale items.

I always have an easy successful shopping trip here. Publix birthday cakes are above any & all thecompetition. The deli here seems to routinely have more staff than delis at other stores. Staff members who are in the middle of stocking shelves will stop to walk me to where an item is located! It's always beautifully clean.

I LOVE PUBLIX !!!!BUT TODAY I FELT LIKE A KID BEENING IN TROUBLE BY MY MOTHER.THERE ARE 3 LINES (1) 10 ITEMS OR LESS THE OTHER LINES ARE GOING IN TO THE ISLES.I MOVED UP AND SEEN NO ONE IN LINE AT THE 10 OR LESS.SO I GO ASKIF SHE WOULD TAKE ME .I HAD 30 ITEMS AND SHE SAID NO ONLY FOR 10 ITEMS OR LESS.(I’m think at this point why no one’s in line)SO I ASK FOR A MANGER AND THE LADY CALL THE MANAGER OVER AND SHE SAID JUST ONLY THIS TIME YOU CAN DO THAT .CAUSE IM TAKING FROM THE TEN ITEM ARE LESS.WHY NOT OPEN ANOTHER LINE THEN.AT THIS POINT IM PISSED .I HAVE Been WAITING FOR 20 min to be checked out the line is moving slow.THE MANAGER SAID my cashier are slow they been working all day.They are scanning my stuff and she says look behind you and see your holding up the line for the 10 or less people She pissed me off again .She been work there for 8 years and said I been come here to shop for 15 years Bad customer service
