Always out of stock on basic things and the deli is hit or miss and mostly miss these days. Chicken cooked like they threw it together with their eyes closed.

Prices and stock are pretty bad. They never seem to have much on the shelves. Staff is nice though
The real issue is that they mis-price things so you pay more at the register than listed. I think they just assume enough people will over pay that it’s worthwhile? Pretty scummy

The people in hot food section or deli is never polite or nice. I definitely don't understand how u can say we don't have chicken at 12noon with a nasty attitude. So much I would like to say but I'm not.... Get a New Crew

Manager Tony, standing tall at 4 foot nothing is unprofessional and incompetent. His intelligence levels are even smaller than he stands erect because he looked me square in the eyes and told me after waiting an hour in a parking space in the GA heat that I needed to contact Instacart after allowing someone in his store to steal over $100 worth of groceries that belong to my diabetic wife. Now, this order was placed at noon and was supposed to be ready just before 3pm. I parked in the proper space, and after an hour, I got notified that I'll need to pickup the order in store because,"no one is available to bring your order out at the moment. " So, I went inside the store to get my groceries only to find out that Publix and Instacart screwed up. They proceed to tell me that they have no idea where my groceries are, and that I'll be out of luck on food, although I paid for it and they have my money, and that in 24 hours I'll get some feedback. My wife is diabetic, and we have children. WE DO NOT HAVE 24 HOURS TO WAIT ON YOUR CORRECTION. No empathy, and no customer service is duly noted; I'm contacting corporate first thing in the morning, thanks for nothing!
