I placed an online order for a hot and honey chicken tenders wrap. when I went in to pick up my order it wasnt ready because they didn't have the spinach wrap. So I told the light skin girl with the glasses that I wanted tomato wrap which was fine with me. The girl with the glasses was very sweet. But the dark skin lady that was working with her was rude. I told her to put tomato and lettuce on it my wrap. She kept asking me the same question over I told her to put the lettuce and tomato on it. I was paying for it. When got done making my wrap and bag it. Instead place in my hand she dropped on the counter. As if I wasn't stay there waiting.

I used the deli for catering services. I ordered 100 pieces of their fried mixed chicken. I order from different locations each week all over the city and in a neighboring state. My only complaint is they often are behind on the orders that were placed online several days in advance, so I call them on the morning of pickup to confirm that they have the order .

Soooooooooooo expensive, I only pick up items I need or forgot to get during my aldi shopping trip. But it's nice.

I am beyond frustrated with the consistently poor service at this Publix deli, especially in the hot food section. Time and again, I stop by and encounter rude customer service, with food rarely available—particularly the tenders and fries. When you do ask about the food, you're met with attitude. Honestly, I get better service at Walmart, which is outrageous considering Publix’s higher prices. I'm tempted to organize a protest outside because this is unacceptable. You don't get this kind of treatment in Buckhead or Midtown Atlanta, yet we keep spending money at places that treat us like this. As a customer who spends nearly $300 a week here, I’m over it. I hate it here!!! I will drive further, even though I live 5 min away.

I hate this Publix bakery. Every time I try’s to put an order in for a cake it’s always a problem. I live 3 min from this location and always have to drive 20min away for help. This is very unacceptable.

The DISRESPECT of some of the deli workers is actually outrageous why is it every time me or my family come here we gatta deal with nasty attitudes and POOR CUSTOMER service id rather go to damn walmart and everyone knows how trash walmart is…idk whats going on at this publix but they needa fix it if they want to keep their customers

This store should be a training center for friendliness!! Every time I am in this store, the majority of the Publix employees will greet me and are so nice, to me and to each other. I would pass the Publix that is less than 10 minutes from me to shop at this store.

3 stars for being Publix, but the seafood department closes at 8 pm, not 7:40 pm. Every time I come in around that time, they're packing up and not fulfilling orders.

The female that was working in the deli around 2: 30pm -3: 00pm today should not have been at work today. I guess she didn't want to work. She was a very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I asked for some turkey to be sliced. She did that. Then I wanted another type of turkey. That's when she had the attitude aroused. The guest behind me looked at her. And we both walked away and did not get anything.
