When I went in to buy a dress I've had my eye on for a while they only had smalls which was really disheartening and I left the store a little upset. I called and asked if they would be getting any more in and I spoke to Nichole who was an absolute angel and reached out to their other employee who handles back stock and said they'd call me with sizing options and colors. I really appreciate her being so nice about it.

All the staff there were so helpful and kind, even during peak business hours while the store was busy. Multiple employees made a point to follow up on how I was doing as I (hopelessly) scanned costumes, and even helped find things for me once I hit a wall. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!!

This store is an amazing experience! I highly recommend checking it out just to see how a store should be run - the staff are engaging, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and the selection is great. I went in looking for a wig, and after having shopped at other great stores I came in with no expectations. Instead, I had Stella greet me immediately in a way that made me feel like I belonged there, and then I had the luck to have Jeda give me the layout of the store and a rundown of the wigs. There's no ego or attitude here - when I had some trouble getting a wig on, Jeda called over Dani to help, who then really helped me figure out what I should aim for without trying to sell me on anything. Jeda and Dani set the gold standard for what retail employees should be - smart, knowledgeable about the store and what they're selling, and, most importantly, kind.
Then I took a long look through their dresses, tops, bottoms, and corsets. The selection was truly eclectic and fun to peruse - it's not all from one era or style. I came out of there beaming and with a higher standard for what any store should be.

Absolutely mind blowing coming in here. Had 0 expectations coming in and was incredibly surprised.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, giving us a mini-tour immediately and letting us know to holler if we needed any help. The building itself is PACKED with beautiful pieces and costumes. Literally was a dream being in there. They especially have a great selection of corsets and lingerie.
It is a little pricey, but still fair. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re into any type of alternative fashion.

This store was amazing lots of cool clothes the staff was so nice and helpful, i had a bit of a difficulty finding something my grandma would approve lol but they were so nice about it 100/10 would recommend visiting

Needed something for my friends playboy themed party and they told me to come here. LOVED IT! Everyone was so helpful, but my spotlight goes to RIVER, she was AMAZING. put my outfit together from head to toe and she was confident. Thank you so much River ! See you again.

Had the worst experience in here today they had mirrors in the back of their store which I was excitedly taking photos in. Just to hear this girl with brown hair to look at me and say let me take the “trash out”. Which she was referring to me because when I brought it up she got scared and nervous talking about I’m bored so I was talking about some trash GIRL. Tbh if your going to have a nasty comment about someone make sure they don’t hear you and I have you on camera saying it bookie ?? but don’t shop there anyways their customer service sucks and they have nasty attitudes. But the ring I got there was cute but overpriced ?
