Flew in from Boston to check out this place management lady with glasses ignored my questions and was very rude though email I’m in the tech field and I was excited glad I went in person would not recommend

DO NOT MOVE HERE property manager (Deshana )and(Christina) are rude people with no personal goals seriously. I can for a tour 10/15 I over heard both of the (MANAGERS) discussing residents in such a negative manner I will upload confirmation if needed of tour I turned around and took the signs. Those two need to be checked out I heard some of the most disrespectful words as I sat in front of concierge ( next time shut your door)
Coporatw will definitely hear about this

This apartment complex is a disaster. The noise is constant. Dashonna, the manager, is never available and she is always so condescending anytime I have a concern , and don’t get me started on Kristina ! she is rude and isn’t knowledgeable about anything concerning 77th has she even been trained ? They even incentivize people to write positive reviews to cover up how bad things really are. The apartments
are overpriced and look to be designed for little people…the appliances are small/cheap and the ceiling is incomplete Don’t be fooled—they’re just trying to fill empty units. Avoid this place!

I’m deeply concerned with how Dashauna and Kristina are managing this property. They’ve repeatedly crossed the line by violating residents’ privacy, openly discussing personal matters and drama about others, and using profanity regularly. It’s shocking how unprofessional they are, even going as far as disrespecting residents to other residents. This behavior is completely unacceptable for property management.
They even approached us with their shady offer—asking us to leave a positive review in exchange for a rent discount. When we declined, their attitude became nasty and disrespectful, far from how any property should be managed. We deserve better than this toxic environment.
A group of us is planning to report these ongoing issues to corporate, as this level of unprofessionalism and privacy invasion cannot continue unchecked. Residents here deserve respect, not manipulation and hostility.

I have serious concerns about the management of this apartment complex, particularly regarding the unethical behavior of the property manager. While some residents may leave glowing reviews, it’s important to highlight how those reviews are being manipulated. I’ve witnessed firsthand that this manager approaches residents who are unaware of the real issues at this property, offering them discounts on their rent in exchange for positive reviews that specifically mention her by name.
This practice is not only deceptive but also a disservice to the residents who have had legitimate, negative experiences that are being effectively covered up. Instead of addressing the numerous issues that make living here a constant struggle—poor maintenance, lack of communication, and disrespectful treatment—the manager is more concerned with polishing her public image than fixing the problems that truly matter.
If you look past the artificially inflated ratings, you’ll see that many residents have had terrible experiences here. This is not the kind of environment anyone should be subjected to, and I strongly believe that management needs to take action by holding this manager accountable for her unethical practices. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and harmful to the integrity of the community.
Residents deserve transparency and honest treatment, not bribed reviews. I strongly urge corporate to investigate these practices and remove individuals who put their personal gain above the well-being of the residents.

I came along with a buddy of mine to see this high rise and was blown away by the details. Apartments in Atlanta are a dime a dozen but the professionalism and small touches such as concierge that actually acts as a true concierge service in multiple ways as explained on tour. It was extremely clean! We were met by Christina at the door standing and I felt like we were in a hotel. The other woman in the office at that time passed by and was warm and friendly. The views were great, parking felt secure, cameras everywhere and are monitored 24/7. It is tasteful. I am jealous as I still have 9 more months left in my lease. Whatever you all are doing keep it up!

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My experience with the management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Dashonna, the manager, constantly tries to come into my apartment without any prior notice, which is a clear violation of privacy. She also avoids directly addressing issues, instead sending Kristina to do her dirty work. The constant harassment is unbearable, and they create a hostile living environment.
On top of that, they’re literally begging people to rent with all sorts of rent incentives and trying to bribe tenants to refer others for money off their rent. It’s obvious they’re struggling, and for good reason—half of my floor was moving out the same month I did! The apartments are tiny, outdated, and not worth the hassle. If you value your peace of mind and want to feel comfortable in your home, avoid this place at all costs.
And if management wants to elaborate further, I have emails and videos to back up any claim I’ve made

We have only been staying here for two weeks - we are super happy with the apartment, the amenities, the location.
The staff is just wonderful - very friendly, attentive and helpful! Thanks again for the party last night - it was a cool event to get to know the neighbors!
