I desperately needed my battery replaced (the car was going to need a jump if I turned the ignition off) and I already had the new one with me since I just purchased it. I felt really bad because they were closing in thirty minutes, but it was the only place close to the shop and they had me out of there in ten minutes. They were so nice and sent me on my way with the old one to recycle. They didn’t charge me anything which was so generous. I’m sure they just wanted to close up and it was probably their easiest job of the day, but it really meant a lot to me.

Amit and his team at the Precision Tune on Buford Highway are fantastic in every way! We take our cars there for maintenance, emissions, as well as any type of problem. There doesn’t seem to be anything they can’t fix! Would highly recommend!

Came here for the first time on the referral of a friend. The staff were professional and followed up on every step of the process. Amit took the time to take a test drive with me and try to diagnose a problem I've had for months. He also showed me where my truck had some significant rust underneath that no one else had ever pointed out. This truck has been up on a lift plenty at other shops for maintenance, etc. and no one ever bothered to tell me about it.

Avoid at all costs. I came in asking for a diagnosis with a transmission issue. After 4 hours, they called me back, with a $1000 quote for other things completely unrelated to the issue I asked about!!
Of this quote, they wanted $300 to change spark plugs. By the way - I put new spark plugs in this year, so they clearly didn’t even look at them and are just recommending extra work. They also wanted to charge $100 for engine cleaning service, lol. The best part of this diagnosis was that they said I had lights on in my dashboard, and it would require a diagnosis. WHAT DID I EVEN JUST PAY FOR???
At the end of the day, they did nothing for me. Charged me $80 to hold my car for half a day, and tell me nothing I didn’t already know. Avoid them at all costs!
