My appointment is at 11am ,I got here at 945am got a door at 10am 3 hours later they still haven't unloaded half a trailer. The place is RRD. Very terrible lady at the window. She seems very nice but terrible about keeping my trailer hostage. What's the point on making an appointment if they aren't going to commit to it.
