Today, I had the pleasure of stopping at PostNet for FedEx shipping and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. Despite the system running a bit slow due to weather conditions, the young lady named Bella handled the situation with grace and professionalism.Not only did she welcome both myself and another customer with a warm smile, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Even when faced with a difficult customer who was becoming upset, Bella remained calm and composed, upholding the company policy with poise.I was truly touched by Bella dedication to providing excellent customer service, and I believe that she deserves to be recognized for her exceptional work ethic. The company closed at 5p.m. , although I require some extra time after closing she allowed me to stand inside and wait for my Uber. I can confidently say that I will be a forever customer of PostNet, thanks to the outstanding service I received from Bella.

I've been here twice and will be coming here for my shipping needs in the future! I had my finger prints done here for my new job and the procedure was painless (besides one of my pinky fingers refusing to be scanned properly...) and the employee was so polite. My finger prints went through just fine for my background check! I also shipped something back to my previous job and the manager who took care of me, Nicole, was so friendly and professional. I often get overwhelmed at UPS and FedEx (always super busy, confusing directions/questions, etc.) but always feel comfortable and taken care of at PostNet.

Went to have to my fingerprints scanned for work and have never seen such a lazy staff.I've been fingerprinted for government forms before and the Kiosk let's you insert your appoint number or last name.They refused to put in my last name even though they had confirmation that my appointment was at 13:10. They said it was policy, and that the last name wouldn't suffice, despite showing two forms of ID.So they had me call the customer service desk of fieldprint and stand at the front desk for 15 minutes before she finally got up out of her chair and input my LAST NAME, and proceeded with the finger printing service.Absolutely unprofessional.My response to their reply on google: "I was 10 minutes early, and was on my lunch break which was used to complete this task, there was no one in the shop but me so you weren't exactly slammed.I didn't complain because I know the service would eventually be completed eventually. Complaining gets you nowhere.Your lack of professionalism in your response and your inability to take responsibility does a great job outlining the attitude of this store and why you received a one star review.I'm glad our business is complete. I wish you the best."

always a good experience. always helpful and available. i called to ask if fedex express had picked up yet. when i arrived, the express pickup was waiting until i arrived with my envelope. i didn't ask her to hold the pickup, she went out of her way to be thoughtful.
