Some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. He refused to help you and would rather see you struggle, and would not listen to what you are trying to tell him as he would rather listen to himself speak. Then, when I EXITED the building to speak to my mother about the incident, he threatened to call the police on me. Once I am outside of the building in a PUBLIC area, I have the right to speak my mind to someone on a PRIVATE phone call. It wasn't even to him as I was completely out of his vicinity. How DARE he demand to call the police on me when I broke no laws. This man should never work in customer service. As someone who has experience as a cashier at a fast food chain, the way he interacted with customers was beyond anything I could have imagined doing. Since he did not try to help, I left and had to go to another place where they kindly assisted me.

The staff at this location are rude, combative, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional. I had the most jarring experience dealing with a couple of individuals, who displayed poor customer service skills after I entered the store and didn’t respond to their greeting (I did not hear them greet me, as I was on the phone). It is NEVER appropriate to speak to customers in that manner or to maintain a nasty attitude over something so minor. The man working there was out of line for repeatedly hollering “HELLO! HELLO! CAN WE HELP YOU?!” with a sarcastic, negative tone as if he is owed acknowledgment and an immediate response. After I responded in an annoyed manner because of the way I was being treated, he said “Excuse me?!” to escalate the situation. He even told me I needed to leave! When I left to finish my call and then returned, the woman at the front desk refused to help me for approximately 5 minutes — she gave me the silent treatment and looked down as she sorted through mail as if to punish me. Unbelievable. I kept asking her to get my mail that I arranged for pickup so she FINALLY got out of her chair as if she was doing me a favor instead of doing her job. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I’m disappointed as a first-time customer and can’t believe these unprofessional people are allowed to behave this way.UPDATE: Please pay attention to KEVIN CENTER’S response to all negative reviews. Instead of using them as a way to improve his low Google ratings, he defends and supports bad behavior and deflects by mentioning things that DON’T matter (e.g. how many reviews I’ve ever left via Google). This is the attitude of someone who needs leadership + customer service training for himself and his staff. Instead of setting the tone for how an excellent business should be run, he joins the low ranks of those doing bad business and expecting people to just deal with it.KEVIN, if you took the time to understand the customer’s experience instead of always feeling attacked, you would get to root of the issue to make meaningful change. I now see why bad behavior is celebrated AND rewarded at his franchise locations — it all starts at the head.

Mr.Kenneth provided excellent customer service fulfilling all my request with a smile & great sense of humor. The staff is friendly and welcoming here. It’s literally a one stop shop for all of your office, printing and postal needs. They even provide fingerprinting services as well. I highly recommend PostNet on Northside.
