The rudest employees. No customer service and they make you feel like an annoyance for just being there. It's absolutely ridiculous. Something should be done.

Ghetto ghetto ghetto. Been here twice flying to vegas. Both times I felt the irritation energy immediately and the atmosphere is is dirty. They like to close early too and aren't shy about it. Employees don't want to be there and they make it obvious with the sighing and eye rolls. Food was average but I might have been tempted to throw it at the window watching how they treated a mom with 2 kids. Typically it's the closest thing to our gate so we didn't have much of a choice but we will make a point not to stop here

Terrible costumer service. The woman taking the orders kept interrupting, speaking over me, and raising her voice. Additionally, the majority of items where missing from the limited menu.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. Not only was my food served cold but I found multiple hairs in the sandwich and when I went to the restaurant to bring this up I was told there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend. Very very disappointed.

Service was amazing, the woman taking orders this morning 5/12/22 was nothing but sweet, swift and helpful, I moved through this line like a NASCAR speedway. Food was hot, the biscuit was buttery. 10/10

You stand in one line and place your order and pick up your food in the other. Not too much direction, so you can be waiting in the wrong line if you don't know. Food is as expected for an airport.

You'll love this place if you want crappy service. Used to be a goto place at ATL but service has gone DOWNHILL and I doubt if it will get any better. I ordered a 3 piece tenders and got 1 got tender and two that were all ripped up with the coating missing. The biscuit was a joke, cold and tasteless. There are better places to eat at ATL Airport. Avoid this.place, unless.you like to pay for really crappy service/food.

The most inefficient production I’ve ever seen. 20 orders laying on the counter completed they give you a card to stand in another line to wait 20 minutes till they feel like giving you food? The numbers have no relevance to an order number. If you hate working so much go home. New and improved ways to delay the process, welcome to Atlanta?

Terrible service for us. 5 minutes of listening to someone yell at the customers about where the line is, but there is no indication of how thier "system works". You order your food and they give you a number. Then you wait in line then pay at the next window where you might get some of your food. Then you wait in line and get your drinks, then you wait at the end to get the rest of your food. At the drink station they have a pile of straws, napkins, and sauces on one tray. If you ask for more of something they say "this is just complimentary, you need to go back and ask the cashier for sauces". Which you have to push your way backwards through the line of people. It's a terrible way to serve people. The food was fine, as expected, just bad service.

I’m gonna have to give some love to the D terminal Popeyes rn. Not only was my chicken fresh, the employees were all lovely, kind, fun and on point. If I had half the enthusiasm as these ladies, I’d be in a whole different place in my life. Much love and thanks so much I hope you all have a safe year ❤️??
